Peterbrough have scored 23. If we had that scoring ability we would be top. You have to convert chances. Godden was meant to be an answer for us, and I can agree but if the service to him is poor he won't score on a regular basis. That's an issue for me we need to put right to maintain our lofty challenge.

When we signed Godden and P'boro said it was because the felt they had better strikers in Toney and Eisa we thought they must be bloody good. Seems like the actually are. Godden's decent and with a bit more support should get a decent amount of goals this season, but I don't think he frightens defences in the way those two do.

Why aren’t they top then?

Peterborough has also lost a few.. No good smashing a theoretical six past someone if you're not consistent.

Still a team though that can travel up the league quite easily though.

I think I read somewhere we had 21 shots yesterday. Yes, I am estatic with our late goal, but we have to do better with our chances. If we don't we will start slipping down the table as our luck will inevitably run out.

People were quick to blame the ref at the Bolton game, but the problem was still there to see too.

Frustrating as we have been clinical from fewer chances in other games.

How was Kastanner when he came on yesterday lads ?
Best he’s played imo. Looked positive and bullied the Doncaster left back. Less sloppy than previous performances. On one occasion he could have took the easy backwards pass but turned and skinned him- hopefully see more of this

What was Doncaster attendance last year?
As you asked the question I assume it was about 10k.That’s not really relevant anyway as both you and I know that attendances fluctuate from one season to another depending on how both teams are doing. I honestly think if we were at the Ricoh we would be pushing 14k now. Hyperthetical as neither of us can prove our views.

Course and no I genuinely didn’t know and don’t know.

Looks a hell of a lot leaner in the last 2 games than he did earlier in the season. Actually looked quick a couple of times yesterday too. Robins can't be far off giving him a start over Jobello.

Definitely leaner. Saw him in the lounges after the game, must have been on an intense programme as he looks about a stone lighter.
