Makes me think if something happens it will happen soon I can't see Sisu wanting to pay the players wages over the summer whilst no income coming in.
They may generate some income through player sales but that is unlikley to happen for at least 2-3 months.

The CT confirmed yesterday that the season ticket sales for this season had already been mortgaged. Plus, the club was offloading season tickets to cover two seasons for a lower overall price last year. Therefore, my guess is that we will have very little money coming in over the next 12 months.

SISU know this and so they are now getting desperate making threats to liquidate the entire club.

That makes no commercial sense as the club's primary "asset" is the goodwill associated with 10,000 fans turning up more or less every home game and that is the kind of asset that cannot be liquidated if the club is to continue playing.

Overall my guess is that SISU will finally cut their losses within the next couple of months. The only way I think liquidation can happen is if the investors are so pee'ed off with GH and the fans that they liquidate the club purely out of spite. I wouldn't necessarily rule that out although I think it is highly unlikely.

The failure to secure contracts on assets like Westwood and King certainly coming home to roost.

Naive. Westwood would never have signed a new deal and kings advisor is of course well known for his charm and fortitude. He was always on his way.

At which point after joining the club did they decide to leave?
Anybody with any acumen should have made this a priority and earned Sisu a wedge.
This is so obvious.
Turner is another, sold for perhaps a quarter of his real value.
Gunnarsson? Lost money there too.
However, contracts were offered to Bell and other injury prone has beens. Entirely contradictory and without any fiscal sense whatsoever.

Certainly the failure to sell Westwood and Gunnarsson in january 2011 was a serious mistake. And not having a 1 yr extension option on King was another serious mistake.

But that are mistakes made by the previous board run by Ranson and Hoffman.
