Could be worse could be The Baby Squad.Legion. Even the name is embarrassing.

Also, whatever the event, grown men doing coke is absolutely tragic.
Where is all of this crap coming from ?
Villa having to condem their own fans for racist chanting their own players.
We are going backwards.

Actually thinking it ever went away, in any walk of life, is extremely naive.
I was told to watch the clip of some black American comedian on BGT on sat.
He proceeded to spend 5 mins on jokes about his white girlfriend. And the judges loving it.
Can’t imagine a senario where a white guy was doing a set about his black girlfriend.
Couldn’t believe mainstream tv
Bill Burrs latest on Netflix.
As I'm not up to speed (sic) with the sniffer dogs, will they detect Pepsi Max if I take it to MK?
Will watch it.
the whole thing is funny, don’t just skip to that bit.
Thpse inclined will just sniff the drugs in larger volumes before they enter the stadium and stash some in a hiding place to pick up after the match. It won't change behaviours, sniffer dogs is fine by me but public services are over stretched as it is.I don't see how there's any issues with sniffer dogs unless people are carrying drugs. Doesn't bother me when they're at airports, festivals etc and wouldn't bother me if they were at the football.
There has been regular reports of trouble with out supporters and regular reports of drug use so its not even like they just randomly decided to make life difficult for our fans.
No just Coca- Cola.will they detect Pepsi Max if I take it to MK?
Dosn't want to get the minority scum into trouble out of some perverse brotherhood loyalty, but will happily see the club punished for it?If it's not the kid saying it thought he'd be more likely to get into trouble for not reporting it and supplying the evidence
Really disappointing to read this. Not sure what the solution is to get rid of the minority who seem determined to ruin things for others through anti-social behaviour. There should certainly be zero tolerance at all levels. Defending some of the stuff that clearly happened ('we're no worse than other fans of other clubs/grow up it's football innit')....I don't think that helps either.
But to give just a little perspective, I attended my first game at St. Andrews last week (as I'm based overseas). Starting on the train from Cov we met really decent and sound fans all day long. I'm certain that's the majority of our fan base and that the idiots as always represent a small but destructive minority. The support of the majority at away games is fantastic (as it has been at St Andrews) - we should be proud of that.
Be careful - Nick will be after you for those kind of comments. Although to be fair you didn't mention rugby or Wasps which I suspect was the real trigger from when I followed that line of thought! The MK game will be the same unfortunately.
Some truly vile loutish behaviour last time.
If i had young kids i'd think twice about taking them, sad but true.
So thug-rule wins?Always the same whenever the following goes over about 1200. We’ve sold out every away game bar Pompey and unfortunately this type of behaviour will probably be ongoing if the success on the pitch continues.
There will always be a bit of this and that with opposing fans but infighting, racism, bullying etc amongst our own pisses me right off.
There was a time when even policing beyond a token effort to help guiding fans was required even for huge turnouts. So I wpuld suggest the louts came before the sniffer dogs.soon as fans get treated like criminals and animals I.e getting sniffed out by dogs before the game then it’s going to antagonise fans. no need for any of that Saturday. didn’t see Rotherham fans having to go through single file. also only having one pub for away fans caused issues. our fans weren’t angels but they way we get treated at times incites it. reason Watford was ok, not being old by the police where to go. No sniffer dogs and no single file queuing through fences.
The way that was set up was always going to cause problems. However, most people were queuing reluctantly and then groups of ‘lads’ decided they didn’t need to q which then caused pushing, shoving, arguing etc. I had one guy tell me he was pushing in cos it wasn’t his fault or problem that the police were taking so long......had I carried on with him I’d have been fighting. That’s the mentality I hate.....don’t have an issue if our lads wanna have a go at the oppo but don’t turn on your own.
And safety in the knowledge that 99 times out of 100 they will get away without anyone saying a word to them about it.Its just Tribalism fuelled by Alcohol and low IQ's.

Bear in mind a clue of fairly recent cases...Millwall fined £10k for racist chants. Leeds fined £200k for spying on the opposition's training camp. Sometime soonish, perspective will catch up with even the dinosaurs that run our game...& the fines will be somewhat more like reversed.
At what point would it have to get before such behaviour becomes automatically reported?

No, just that when high on certain drugs people tend to go a bit crazy & shouldn't be readily accepted in highly social (or populised) environments like a football match!what’s the point of it? it’s assuming all football fans are drug takers which isn’t true. didn’t see Rotherham fans going through the same queuing system
Reasonable people lile us & with nowt to hide tend not to have much of an issue with it at all do they?Had sniffer dogs wonder around me at tube and train stations too. Not like they restrict it to football fans!
Think of it like a fishing net. The more you feel the need to catch the tighter the holes in the net. We have perhaps sadly, but progressively, become labelled & targeted & hence restricted as a fanbase.was you there? it wasn’t like a train station. It was a single file queue with 2500 fans all having to be treated like walking into a prison. the whole process was shocking and after lads been drinking all day recipe for trouble. closing all the pubs for away fans didn’t help the situation. it causes more trouble than it solves
...what about some of the scenes reported on this thread. Have you seen many/any of those at these other games?lol a large crowd. It’s fuckin league 1. I’ve been international games, premier league grounds, never seen sniffer dogs.
It is a good point in fairness...why don't the sniffers just tour our town/city centre pubs & clubs at random (or do they?) to catch such people???it’s not a football thing though. you go to any pub in cov on fri sat night from 6pm I’d say 95% are on drugs. does this mean sniffer dogs on every door? football fans get treated different to anyone else and goes back to my original point. if people get treated like animals and criminals there more likely to act like one. Bolton Watford and Burton had loads of fans and no trouble. guarantee we had fans sniffing at those matches
Given this thread was inspired by our fan behaviour (in minority) thank God it wasn't one of the "Legion" organised big days out!Why would the "legion" organise a big day out to Rotherham of all places,
Miles off, 50% of blokes possibly, and I'm being generous there
No...the fact they wpuld choose a smallish family club like Rotherham says it all. How hard can you feel?Surely a group of hooligans/ex hooligans would prefer to have their big day out at somewhere that isn't a nice friendly club with no real reputation or hooligan influence?
