I think we’ll start to see him when the pitches improve after winter. Could be a difference maker coming on against tired legs.
From his social media it looks like he’s on the way back but given how long he has been back I’m not counting on anything more than an occasional 10 minute cameo for the first team this season. Reckon they’ll have him in the U23s for most of the season and then let him get a full pre-season in.

Think he's out of contract in summer isn't he? Will be interesting to see if we give him a new deal, given the injuries.

Shame in a way, I was hoping Robins would be forced to rest Hiwula. I'd like to see two up front but excluding Hiwula. Max looks best equipped to play off a front man of either Baka or Godden, if he gets tired, bring on the spare man.

Thing is, we don't wanna be bringing on the spare man after 20 minutes. Max looked flogged not long after coming on on Wednesday. Going forward you might be right, but understandably he doesn't look anywhere near fit enough to be starting games at the moment.

Robins has said that we are close to full compliment, Allen is now on phased return, Godden needs to come through training today to see how he is. Hiwula is fit for tomorrow, Pask joins training next week. Mason fine to be in the squad was just sick.

I'm surprised Robins has said that.

Jobello out for the season, Jones still a way off playing a match let alone being match fit, probably same with Allen and Pask. Even if Godden can join in he won't be 100%. Biamou looks a few games off lasting a full 90 and even then needs to be carefully managed to prevent a reoccurrence.

Then you've got the back-up players of Allassani and Bartlett out long term and Wakefield who is seemingly only ever 10 mins away from his next injury.

Most managers would call that close to an injury crisis. Man City claim an injury crisis if Aguero cuts himself shaving!

I think it was barring the long term injuries, those things just happen.

As you mentioned while none will be 90 mins fit for Saturday, they will all be back amongst it within the next couple weeks, meaning we are close to full compliment, barring 3 long-term injuries (2 of whom aren't even near the first team)

People saying max isn’t fit the only way he gets fit is playing start him sat with Baka who I hope that goal has given him huge confidence & he proves us all wrong.

Positive news but he was back in full training for quite a while last year before only getting bit parts in U23 games and a few first team minutes. He hasn't even had any U23 minutes so far yet. I still thing we're quite a way from seeing him being involved in the first team, especially as the weather is changing and the pitches get muddier and harder.

I was wondering if Viveash has brought in some training routines that are pushing players not used to it past their limits.

Said this myself gotta he the training methods can’t all be down to bad luck & boots players using I don’t see anyone else having 7 ACLS in 2 seasons

Pask is the big one.....

“He was running yesterday and running like we know he can.”

So, running then ?
