I don't know exactly where this particular exchange took place regarding the goading, but while I commend this bloke for doing what he did to try to stop him , if others were close by , he shouldn't have told him to "go on, do it" . If he had blown himself up then many others may have gone with him. ( I know it was a fake belt).
Sounds a bit too much like Die Hard to me.

its not important actually, but i think for someone to argue till blue in face and then accept they were wrong to not apologise to the person they were arguing with is plain rude.
