then when you have injuries and suspensions, the players you bring in aren't match fit, fucking brilliant idea, that shit went out of fashion in the 70’s.
Wakey wakey, It’s a squad game now!
Fuck off you fat wanker it's just an opinion.

Not used to feeling so confident about an away victory. I know that we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves, but Bristol Rovers have a few injuries (Ogogo and Davies amongst them) and are having a bit of a 'mare' under their new manager (JCH sulking according to some of their fans?) This comes at a time we seem to be peaking. I know this would then be a typical City defeat in years gone by, but I can't see us losing if MR picks a strongish side.

Normal circumstances I’d like us to rest a few players but we need the cash.

I agree - but he could play O'Hare, Allen and Mason, without weakening us a great deal? The Tranmere pitch will have taken a bit of a toll on players' legs, so I would play all three. Bristol will also be leggy, but won't be able to rest too many, as they have such a thin/injured squad. Players who are fresh, should be able to take advantage of that, you would hope?!

I think I would probably run with this taking into account games played/squad.

Walsh
Kelly
O'Hare

Godden

Subs: Wilson, MacFadzean, McCallum, Allen, Westbrooke, Hiwula, Baka

Floored it back from the mountains to get back in time for this today, even knowing I wouldn't be able to watch and only listen as it's not on iFollow. Oops!

Currently Rotherham 2-2 v Hull. Replay please, so Rotherham have to fit in another game. Every little helps!

I doubt hiwula will be in the squad for tomorrow as I’d imagine they’ve already travelled and he’s currently in Whitley Asda being naused up by full grown adults for pics while he’s trying to do some shopping with his bird.

Am i the only one who just wants this game out of the way and move on to the next league game. For me this cup whilst good for the purse is a distraction and potential negative impact on our promotion challenge. The longer it goes on the more chance of injuries to key players and tiredness with the squad. There is also the risk of potential postponed games putting us further down the league with games in hand that arnt always guaranteed points putting pressure on the team

Agree with that assuming we see the glass as half empty. A glass half full view would be.....chance to earn money for a signing in Jan if we draw a big team. It's a great morale boost for the players to have a cup run. They too get excited by these things. Yes we may as a result have games in hand and if the teams around us loose it will make those games really exciting for the club as it will be everything to gain if we win them and not create the pressure you suggested they could.

However, I am for rotation in some areas tommrrow where it does not weaken the team too much like Mason for Mcallum and Allen and/or Ohare for Westbrook/Shippley as two possibilities.

I reckon he's potentially on his way out in that case which is a great shame
Yeah I thought the same. But then also thought that we might actually be that skint and trying to save some money that they don’t do overnight trips for away trips anymore and might travel in the morning. Hopefully it’s the first option tbf cause he’s not the player he was last year

I was grumpy all afternoon that I couldn't listen to the match too. I got back in the house just in time to pick up the last thirty minutes, luckily enough. D'oh!
