A statement to what end?

Exactly, it’s been proven over and over that protests have little impact. I think our best route is friendly but firm engagement and working on Wasps to drop the clause. If we can get it well known in especially rugby focused media that Wasps are making unreasonable demands that’s probably our best bet. Once they’ve dropped the indemnity we can focus on the club as in theory there’s no roadblocks then.

tbh they don't because we haven't done a campaign properly. We've done either one-off events (marches) or inept efforts that have had three, four... 21 people turn up.

We're not about to start now, mind you.

Didn’t he say something about how we weren’t allowed in until X point then had to be out and it felt like we weren’t wanted there? May be misremembering.
Think someone, don't think it was Fisher so probably Waggott, said similar at one of the SCG meetings. Was asked why we can't cover up Wasps stuff etc and said we were allowed in the stadium for a very limited time before and after games and weren't allowed to store anything onsite.

We're going from a ground we don't own, where we are not made to feel welcome, to a ground we don't own, where we ARE made to feel welcome.

All this shit on the villa stuff is cringeworty.
We're not a significant rival. The beef between them and blues is just that, between them and blues.

Fair enough if we're playing villa but otherwise it's fucking embarrassing
In my opinion obviously.

Remember being delighted at the last Enemy gig at the Empire when the whole room began singing SOTV.

Loved it.

At the Tom Clarke gig the other week it was the same. Quality.

Posted this in a previous thread but now it's confirmed:

Would be a nice touch to have some kind of a "Thank you" banner or message that could be displayed.

Not only would this help to nullify any ill feelings that could potentially arise from the seating situations, but because I for one am genuinely thankful we are able to play there rather than be homeless and kicked out of the league. Further, I have only ever been treated nicely by stewards and bar staff who seem genuinely sympathetic to our plight, as well as the surrounding pubs and bars. Touch of class too.

Happy to chip in if anyone local can arrange this and agrees (the trust?).

What do you think it should say? Just "Thank you BCFC"?

I have never taken a banner or anything before but I imagine you contact the club to have it displayed? As mentioned above I am happy to chip in if someone can take the lead - not in the UK so won't be able to make the tie but would like to contribute in some way.

Thanks
Really nice thought
