Am I the only person who doesn't know who any of these people are? I'd never even heard of the trust until recently and been a season ticket holder for 10 years or so. What do they do (or by the sound of it, what are they meant to do?)

Those twitter accounts are clearly from small, irrelevant people who are desperate for attention. The type who is angry at the world for their own repeated failings, and craves some kind of power other than that given to them by putting the bins out a night too early. Having a Twitter scrap with folks involved with the Trust as you're pulling together a statement which criticises them is not a good look. Might be time to take the high road and let them hang themselves by spouting rubbish. Don't give it credibility. Same reason I gave up arguing with Nick and co. about me being a Wasps stooge! ; )

Feel like this needs saying again. Engaging with playground mudslinging really doesn't help the cause. Potentially undermines the message that the statement aims to put across.

You might talk an awful lot of shit but you still show an interest in the football club.

Even in those jobs (no disrespect to people who do that) rather than higher up in the council, the people who he works for really should be made aware of what he does outside of work and how he spends his time spreading liable and bullying other people as that isn't a good look for an affiliate of the council surely

The only time I ever look is when you lot roll them out! They (were) followed by about 10 people (probably all their own accounts, at that) and (were) even less popular than my own personal twitter account - and I don't really use that! All I'm followed by is hookers and chefs!

The only attention being given them is here!
