I think Shipley will always frustrate in certain moments - he'll always have an occasional wayward pass in him and he'll never go flying into 50-50s. His decision making has vastly improved with experience though and he has developed a much more creative edge on the ball this year in the final 3rd. He's always had a goal in him in too and is now playing in a position that lets him get regularly in and around the box.

He’s a lot fitter this season - that is the big difference. He’s a 90 minute player now
