Well that's a good win. Makes me think for the first time this season we might just have a chance.

Worrying. Whenever I get optimistic, we fall apart.

The team that have surprised me are Peterborough. I thought they’d be the ones to catch but we’re 7 points above them with a game in hand!
They're very imbalanced with remarkably good forwards but average to poor elsewhere. Theyve got plenty of the top 8 to play soon too so it could be over for them pretty soon.

I don’t think we’ve been in a better position at this part of a season since our first in the championship. Even league two we were struggling at this point if I remember correctly. We’ve got two good players in every position apart from striker, we’re playing great football, the team is helping we’ll, there is a connection with the fans and at the moment we’re not losing games.

I was really disappointed last week but to follow that up with a win here is great. I’d have always taken 4 points from these two although expected them the other way round.

Feet on the ground but very excited.

Just realised that including today that will be 3 away league games in a row after the next 2.

Unusual

A hard fought ground out win. Not at our best certainly, especially 2nd half, but good teams don’t play well and still win-right?

In theory philosoraptors method is better for this season with teams on different games played so much, it should normalise out both games played and who has played who. Not sure it's perfect but it's a nice extra data point.

I don't know what it's like on ifollow, but it's horrible listening on CWR. I felt sick the whole of the second half thinking they'd score every time they crossed the halfway line (it was probably like that with Rob Guerney but that seems a lifetime ago). Huge huge win.

Absolutely. They were scoring for fun not so long ago. They've certainly lost the plot.

I hope Rotherham loses the plot soon.

Nah it’s because Clive is a terrible commentator. He sounds more excited when the opposition attack than us. Twit.

just back. It's performances like that that win things.
Not the most pleasing on the eye, but get the job done and come home with 3 points.
MR got it wrong last week in my opinion but he was spot on today.
But it's so tight we need to be doing it week in and week out now. I really hope next week isn't a draw. The games are coming thick and fast and we can do without a replay.

Physical but cant last 90 minutes?

you can't buy what Shipley gives us. Committed to the club, can play and is improving all the time, connects the fans with the players, the way he was at the end was just brilliant. If he lost both his legs tomorrow in a freak accident I'd still have him in the bench.
That owl c**t was right, he's better than Bayliss.

It wasn't that scary there tbh. Donny had fook all up front. Although they did target mccallum alot second half

I genuinely love Shipley more than my missus. There I said it.

I love Shipley as well! But to be fair he and 10 Bags are very different players in how they operate on the pitch - and last year's formation was not set up for 10 Bags' key strengths. I personally think he'd be brilliant with this system.
