Physical but cant last 90 minutes?

Erm out of the 21 games he’s started this season he’s played 90 minutes or about (87 and 89 in two) in 16 of them

It’s like saying we haven’t won many games this season. Infact from Bolton up to Fleetwood he played 12 consecutive 90 minutes. Outside of the defence and goalkeeper where there’s naturally fewer options - he’s played over 300 more minutes than any midfielder or forward

It must be really hurting you Garry

In fairness, whilst he has completed a lot of games, he noticeably flags after 60-70 mins and that usually feeds through to his technique as well. Wasn’t there today but it seemed like a sensible thing to do, bringing him off for Allen when we did.

you can't buy what Shipley gives us. Committed to the club, can play and is improving all the time, connects the fans with the players, the way he was at the end was just brilliant. If he lost both his legs tomorrow in a freak accident I'd still have him in the bench.
That owl c**t was right, he's better than Bayliss.

Yes can't agree more.

He had A stinking 20mins before he went off..where every pass or touch went astray...then he was substituted watched him carefully he had his head down disappointed how he played the last 15 mins. He's true to himself knew he should have done better.
He looked gutted and still have every sub big high handshake.

He flags after an hour every game. Just quoting stats doesnt change that. Others have said similar and yet i dont see you reply to them. Your obsession continues

Mate just ignore him. Like I do.

Lol that's all he does manipulate stats.

I think he has a job as a part time government statistician.

Yet he has played significantly more minutes than any other midfielder or attacker. Is our manager clueless then?

And the reason why I have quoted you is that that you said abusing him makes you feel better last season

You're going to regret that tomorrow.

This is completely unfounded and just my guess BUT whenever Shipley closes down a man I’ve noticed before he hold his arms out like an aeroplane. I wonder if some of the players picked up on it in training and gave him banter about it and said if Shipley scores we’ll do it as a celeb.

That's pretty inspired Harvey - and I wouldn't bet against you being right either.

That's an awful thing to hope for. I don't want their football team to continue to do well but I wouldn't wish anything awful on an entire town.
I wasn’t referring to the town. Please see the original message and the context in which I made reference to the football team.

All to lose now. Can anyone see a better team in this division than Coventry? I can’t .
I've been saying this all season. Certainly the best footballing side. If other results had gone our way yesterday we could've been top now, with a game in hand.

It is a pity our game with Rotherham was postponed for the FA Cup because they wouldn't be sitting top with a 6 match running streak if it we had played them.

I am amazed Wycombe are still up there.

Hoffman was at the game yesterday, saw him the donny bar before the game with Joe Elliot. Rarely if ever do i recall seeing him at away games.

I saw him and spare part Joe as well.
I thought he was a regular attendee? Though I can't remember when I last saw him but that doesn't mean he hasn't been going.

Probably mingling before they launch a takeover bid saying they can save the club.

Hmmm. Tinfoil hat on head ala Joe Wicks in Eastenders, but I wonder if they would leak something out about a takeover to try and derail the promotion train.

How would that derail the promotion push? Like them or not they support the team and attend games. That presumably means that they would like us to win.

They don't need to attend games to launch takeover bids. Think people are reading too much in to it.

They would rather we were bottom of league 2 if they could get their grubby hands on the club for a pound
