Great to see the Sky Blue Trust communications officer articulating his objections in a mature and professional manner

Probably just frustrated that he can no longer get an erection then...And to top it all off it’s not some bored teenager trying to get reactions it’s a 65 year old man

Are we to understand that this was the trust/Wasps conversation -
Trust: “why the need for the indemnity clause?”
Wasps: that’s commercially sensitive
Trust: ah - no worries, SISU DROP THE LEGALS!!!
"IT IS NOT THE TRUSTS ROLE TO SUPPORT THE CLUB" says Neil from the trust
Ex trust chairman not looking overly impressed either

That’s how I saw it too. At least he’s a fan and attends games I suppose. It’s his article and our statement is part of it and shown in fullI do find it odd that if people have read the statement they still find it difficult to understand the underlying sentiment i.e. all sides have to be called out and find a way forward.
I don't think Les Reid's approach has helped us in this regard mind you (although it has started discussion)
We didn’t call out all parties. The council got away with it a littleI do find it odd that if people have read the statement they still find it difficult to understand the underlying sentiment i.e. all sides have to be called out and find a way forward.

To be honest, I emailed Duggins and they’ve effectively washed their hands of it. Going forward the council aren’t players in this.We didn’t call out all parties. The council got away with it a little
CCC will be players in this if the EU state aid regulations have been breachedTo be honest, I emailed Duggins and they’ve effectively washed their hands of it. Going forward the council aren’t players in this.
it’s a deal between 2 private companies
Great, will listen in - feels like we have some momentum . We also need somebody to be on Friday's CWR phone-in to follow on from you two weeks ago and me last week. Any volunteers to put the case again?Producer just phoned I’ll be on at 4.40 on phil uptons show
Indemnity is being talked about in the local media. We've already achieved something that has seemed impossible since June.
That’s not our problem as you’ve pointed out. We’ve just got to get the club back to Coventry and moving forward.CCC will be players in this if the EU state aid regulations have been breached
and it will then be between two parties,CCC and Wasps
CCFC have no part in any of that

Again that’s not in our remit is it? If it was removed and some other reason was found and this wasn’t legitimate then all would know which organisation was stopping us playing at the Ricoh. Think the pitch may be an issue but again what can we do about that? That’s not our problem as you’ve pointed out. We’ve just got to get the club back to Coventry and moving forward.
of course if we can get the clause dropped A SISU better not bollock it up
Have emailed mep’s to ask about this and if the complaint can be pushed under the carpetExactly. As much as CCC might want to wash their hands of it, this will not be an option if the European Commission decides that state aid regulations have been breached. Does anyone have any information on when the EC investigation into the CCFC complaint is likely to be completed?
