Not the best idea to block the road to force cov fans to walk into the flow of brum fans
No, just a bit randomWhy has it kicked off
Really? Over the yellow labels?Meanwhile there’s none at Morrison’s and it’s kicking off
Just arrested a man because he crossed the road... group of people just watching quietly away towards the city centre and the police are screaming in their faces.
Really? Over the yellow labels?
I seriously doubt that is the reason. You don't know the full story
Why?This match was always a tinderbox situation and now we have round two in a couple of weeks, trouble is we’ve had a good run going over there for our “home” games happy and peaceful but this might be the sign of things to come for the rest of the season.
They were 2 separate incidents - should have been clearer.
The group I was referring was walking next to me all the way into the centre of the city, not sure what they could have possibly done to be screamed at?
Absolutely no reason to think that. Against Blues, a bit of territorialism is understandable. But a total one (two) off. Apart from that, no logical reason to expect a repeat. This match was always a tinderbox situation and now we have round two in a couple of weeks, trouble is we’ve had a good run going over there for our “home” games happy and peaceful but this might be the sign of things to come for the rest of the season.
Could’ve been anything m8
Smelling of foreign food.
Walking in a built up area in a loud shirt
Coughing without due care and attention.
Did many Cov ‘lads’ go over?
So the game didn’t matter?Police caused the issue but if you are going to kick off you are going to kick off no matter what. In Roost from half time with zulus all good.
I put a tweet on saying stay safe if down that area etc. Now I'm getting grief from some kids who clearly think it's great grown 50 year oldmen are trying to have a row with kids. Christ.
Some slightly OTT comments on here...you'd think world war 3 was about to start reading through this thread
There was no trouble at all when I was walking back to the city centre through Digbeth

Anyone else see the bloke lying out cold before the game between Roost and the ground? Lying in the middle if the road with Police looking after him? Some of his mates and Blues mob standindg off a bit further up?
Not nice at all.
