It was not the worst 0-0 I’ve seen. You lot were by far the better side over the 90. We really didn’t do ourselves justice at all, and I’d put that amongst our worst performances of the season.

We’ve got this guy Pep Clotet in charge, and we actually suspect he’s not picking the team. The CEO Ren Dong, has a tactics board in his office, which is overlooking the pitch at our training ground believe it or not!

Montero was crap! I think it was his first start for us, and hopefully the last. He was lazy all game, but his pace in the final 3rd did cause panic now and again.

Bellingham really has his worst game for us. He was trying to make up for the crap around, and ultimately looked like a headless chicken. England. U17 captain.

Juke, grafts, but he needs a partner!

Our fullbacks only work with decent wingers, and our best one Bela, started on the bench! Marcus Maddison is rumoured to be coming.

Clarke-Salter is on loan form Chelsea. World Cup U20 winner, and captained England U21.

Ivan Sunjic. Croatia U21 captain. Started our season excellent, but he clueless manager has killed him. He is actually really good, and prefers to just sweep up in from of the defence.

McCheceran (I cant even be arsed to spell his name) Davis should have started ahead of him as we expected him too.

Our CBs. We dropped out best one to play Dean alongside Clark-Salter.

Our manager. I’d gladly swap for yours. He may be a good coach, but he’s a shite, and proven failed manager. Did you actually see the idiot make subs in the 83rd minute?

Keep playing like that and you’ll be up! I hope this give you a lift to push on now. The reply is a pain in the arse for us all though.

It was a weird atmosphere, that at time’s was a good crack. It was largely quiet though, and we lacked imagination for the ‘away’ side, which is not like us!

Anyway, enough waffle. Be proud you turned up.

(Just glad that DVB didn’t get the winner)

you could see we played a team from a higher level today, but as the game progressed we got more confidence. Apart from the first 15 mins of the second half, I thought we were the better team. It could have gone anyway but I think we slightly edged it.

It’s funny you should say that, as a few of us have noticed have we’ve been flagging late in games, and really clogging through this fixture heavy time of the year. I don’t think we’re fit enough! Never a good sign..

I know he was Monk’s assistant but how did Clotet end up with the job when he was sacked by a team in the division below?

Our system thr 2 advance midfielders & wing backs do a lot of work with and without the ball

Monk got sacked as he tried to bribe Bellingham & a another into signing with his agent with the lure of an ‘easier pathway’ to the first team. The parents put a grievance in, and Monk got the boot. Bellingham doesn’t have an agent.

I think it seems like Clotet has done the dirty on Monk and put his name in the ring, hence the bitchy comments from Monk. Another factor is the chairman, not the ‘main’ man, that’s Mr King, have decided to play real life fantasy football.

I found that technically we were Better but I found Birmingham we’re bigger, quicker and seem to be on us quicker than we normally get.

our players have way more time on the ball in league one. This is why I think Shipley struggles

first 35 minutes we couldn’t get to grips with the time, same with the first 10 mins of the second half.

I honestly thought Montero (was he the left winger?) caused us most problems.

entertaining 0-0 but I felt our chance to win was the O’Hare miss. Think we’ll come up short in the replay

I’m worried these games are going to creep up on us. That’ll be our 7th FA Cup game.

I was hoping blues would score the last second corner. Draw was the worst possible outcome

I wouldn't go overboard, a replay isn't ideal but we've got a number of players who could slot in to replace tired legs. It's an opportunity for them. Also we're in the draw and who knows, an exciting draw in the next round is a great motivation all round

You’ve seemed like a mess for a while now going from manager to manager. As someone said earlier, you look to be just treading water and hoping there’s 3 teams worse every season like we did in the Championship

The money you get for Bellingham should allow you to push on though if you spend it wisely

Brum lacked a little guile down the wings, our full backs were constantly out of position and decent wingers would have exposed that a lot more, maybe we will see this in the replay. We battled well and technically better but you could see brum had more than they showed today. Replay is anyone’s who wants it, let’s hope it’s us!

I thought montero was a handful personally! Caused a very solid Dabo some serious panic... I realise that my view is not the same as most your fans as the cheers came when he got subbed.

I also thought Montero was a dangerour player. South American players do play in a more languid style than most European players, which can be mistaken for lazy.
We used to have a couple of South American players also and they were never given a chance to shine even though I thought they had great potential.

You mean Jairo Martínez and Ivan Guerrero?

Both of them left us and went back to the clubs they came from in Hondarus. Hardly stellar careers

We don't play with full backs. There is so much onus on Dabo and McCallum to provide width going forward at times it looks like they are out of position when they probably aren't.

They still have defensive duties as a wing back, they can’t just allow the centre halves to keep mopping up after them and counters?

You could tell that Birmingham were from the division above. Players just looked more physically gifted and you could tell we don't have many players with real pace. We had to work hard for every chance we got while at times it felt like they were just one good burst down the line by one of their wingers from scoring.

The lad Bellingham is ridiculous. Tall, strong, fast, good with the ball, not afraid to tackle and only 16. Kid has it all.

Agree - we had far less time in midfield. If we go up, we get about £4m more in Sky money but if we're still at St. Andrews crowds may not be much bigger than now. We'll do well to stay up with that budget.

Dodgy period that. Richardson signing about 25 Hondurans.

And goes down as easily as Madison. He'll go far.

It took us 20 minutes to step up to their level. It’s clear that there’s a gap in class from league 1 to the championship but the players in the main managed it. Kelly was the one who looked like he’d struggle initially but he stepped up his game and looked decent. Walsh was fantastic from the start.
Bellingham was quiet but at 16 he’s not going to shine for 90 minutes let alone every match. I was watching him warm up and he was toying with one of their defenders.
