I’m not celebrating, I’m looking out the window at the sea with a cuppa, very relaxed but not really celebratory. You on the other hand are flouncing around pretending to be celebrating wildly, while simultaneously furiously typing messages, ie, you’re a bullshitter, my newly ‘allowed to hate foreigners’ colleague
You have a bee in your bonnet about your so called racists. You are no different to them. Full of hate . Time to grow up a bit .

All I can see is that the older generation want the right to call a pa*i a pa*i, they want to be able to talk about how we once ruled the world, and they want to relive their youth when they probably heard all the war stories from their parents, it’s the only possibility. You can ask these gammony people all day but you’ll never get anything back. We are observing a typical specimen now, he won’t tell you what he’s celebrating, he just feels good that he can slag off foreigners etc with impunity. Good luck to him :)
I hope this Isn't as serious statement, if it is, well done on making your self look a right stupid c**t.

Anyway, I will leave you to your “celebrations”, well done and all that- don’t go mad, you’re not as young as you used to be :) I hope you get what it is what you’re looking for, whatever it actually is, I’m gonna guess your kids and grandkids will reverse it all, enjoy your moment :emoji_thumbsup:

It's always sad when someone has to make stuff up. Mart used to say he was watching the boats go by. What a coincidence !

He is. He's clearly a complete hypocrite. Hates huge swathes of society he would like to call "racists" He'd round them up and send them to his very own concentration camp.

You know exactly what mask... now go enjoy the celebrations, put some Vera Lynn on and go mad :p
Go out and find lots and lots of racists to give some reason for your being here.

You just answered my question.
He seems to be the type that thrives on hatred as it satisfies some kind of inadequacy. It's ironic that he hates "racists" by displaying the very traits he appears to dislike.
Hahahahhahaha. He really is Mad Mart.

He has to be a troll surely? I was so angry at his post, I tripped over my swastika flag and nearly stabbed my dog with my Hitler Youth knife!

Using the word gammon as an insult towards people older than yourself is pure bigotry, the last few years has raised massive divisions between people who hold different beliefs on their views on the EU, but not all people who oppose being members of the EU do so because they are racist, just as all who support the EU become some sort of higher than high virtuous saviours.

Eloquently put, the use of ad hominem, has become very tiresome.

"ENGLAND IS RACIST! IT'S NOT FAIR AND NONE OF YOU HAVE ANY HEART OR COMPASSION! WHY AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO SEES THAT?"

Two minutes later....

"STUPID GAMMONS"

Independence Day - haha coming from a country that caused untold suffering through its empire is pretty crass and embarrassing.

So why do I keep getting told I must hate the country and be unpatriotic/a traitor etc for opposing it? This goes both ways and rubbing it in everyone’s face is just going to leave us divided.

Genuinely the closest I’ve ever got from an answer has been from several people “we won’t see the benefits in my lifetime, but our kids will thank us”. Some of these people are in their 60s, some in their 30s, all voted for something they don’t think will make any tangible difference in their lifetime and in many cases they say will make us worse off “at first”. Same people saying we can’t make economic predictions, able to see 50/60 years into the future.

Would love to hear Derren Browns thoughts on it. Never seen mass delusion like it. Amazing.

Mogg shifted to this over several years. You reap what you sow

If people want to believe that this is all about moving the country away from being Londoncentric (and somehow this being the fault of the EU), then good luck to them, but they are going to be majorly disappointed when they find out that De Pfeffel Johnson, Rees Mogg and the like are not actually looking out for them.
