I was 3, and my dad had a box, box number 5 down by the pitch as he used to provide the meat for the ‘grandstand restaurant’ in the Main Stand. One of my first memories that one, very special. I still have my old signed fiver that I was given by Tommy Hutchison after that very game. Absolutely amazing down in the box, players used to come in all the time afterwards and I’d get to watch Doctor Who afterwards

Edit- and that’s true actually, could never understand why the mighty Liverpool never used to bring as many as other teams. They had an aura though and the general air was one of fear about what they could do to you. I still say their 87/88 team was the best ever though.
