OK, after giving it the bigun I’ve just got home from work to find out that I’m going straight back out again so I’m going to miss most if not all of the phone in so won’t be able to text or ring in.

That would only happen if we crash out with no deal and no intention of making a deal in the future. Any other scenario will mean the relevant EU laws and regulations at the time still apply.

Saracens are going down no matter what. Why not blood a few youth players as theyll probably be needed next season.
On a separate note, I bought tickets for Saracens v Harlequins at Spurs new ground next month. Absolutely pointless trip now but at least a chance to experience the stadium without paying Premiership prices.

Remember we are in a transition period and don't actually leave until 1 January 2021. By then I would expect the EC to have decided if they wish to proceed or not. If they do then, in line with the UK's stated position below, it would remain with the CJEU.

The UK recognises that beyond a certain point in proceedings, where considerable time and resources have been invested in CJEU proceedings, it may well be right that such cases continue to a CJEU decision.

Agree with what you are intmating from that statement, but the key word there Chief is 'may'. Add to that the will to proceed and get any decision binding. It's just never going to happen.
