Is bishop still injured?

Don't think he has played much, will be nice to have his top scorer back fully fit though after a rest ;)

I am sure Ipswich will be happy and were begging for delays to get their players back.

Daft comparison I know but when games are called off after say 70mins due to weather, does the result not stand? I know there's a problem with play off positions but in our case surely for us not to go up would be scandalous?

I'm putting this out there now - the season will be written off. Pressure for this is building. Games won't be able to resume in April. As soon as this decision is made in places like Germany and Italy, we'll follow suit eventually. I'm preparing myself for League 1 football next season.

Yep, particular people are pressuring for this to happen.

Yeah i reckon plans might change regarding Isolation and all that

Why? Either the experts are right or they aren't, why would they change their views based on football deciding to do its own thing?

If the experts are saying one thing then other bodies go off and do something totally different then whats the point?

The German proposal isn’t that though it’s to allow promotion through the league pyramid

What we need to be worried about is SISU's income getting battered on the stock market.
Yes it could force them to leave...but the long term future of the club could be affected.

That would be incredibly disappointing in what has already been a fucking dreadful year

So essentially they're cancelling it until its gets to its worst stage and then cancel it again.

Righto.

Totally agree about the season now ending. That's it. This virus won't peak until May/June. There will be no more matches.
What happens with promotion/ relegation though is beyond me.

Thank god a decision has been reached! This was a horrible post to follow. it's bad enough having read through the legal experts on here and the accountancy experts(OSB excluded) but the medical crap spouted on here has been epic.
Time is now the only thing that matters. If this virus continues next season is irrelevant.

They can't just cancel it with this many games gone. It will either end up being payed in the summer or some mechanism to determine final results. If we're not in the Championship next year we riot.
Agreed, people are too bogged down with upsetting the beginning of a new season as if the dates can't be changed. Finish this season at whatever date, next season starts when it starts, if you've lost a month or two then cancel Checatrade, league cup and maybe even FA cup.
