what the fuck is going on? People burning down masts and abusing engineers at the behest of Amanda Holden.
As if shit was weird enough at the moment.

What has Amanda Holden got to do with anything?

this is the 21st century equivalent of human sacrifice, throwing rocks at the moon and hanging monkeys.
I like the dunking witches idea.

We find someone we think might have the virus, strap them to a chair and dunk them into a canal.

If they survive being under water for 14 minutes, that means they have the virus.

It they die, that means they won't catch it.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

you'd need more than supernatural powers to survive in Cov canal for more than 20 seconds.

I fell in the Coventry canal once. Had a skinful and ended up going in and it quickly sobered me up. Not a nice experience. Had to walk from city centre to Bell Green covered in gunge. But once in Bell Green nobody gave a toss as I blended in nicely !

Definitely. I'd been in the Rocket pub on a boiling hot day and decided that I'd walk back to Bell Green via the canal towpath.
All I recall is tumbling in and survival mode must have kicked in as I scrambled up and out. Covered in slimy gunge I wobbled back in one piece but when I sobered up it hit me that my number could have been up. My son who was living with me at the time thought it was hilarious seeing me walk in like the wild man of Borneo !

Do you think someone should tell them that Coronavirus’ have been around forever and was first identified in the 1930’s. Long before 5G. Or maybe we should just leave them to it for entertainment value.

She I assume shares your views on this?

haha- no, I love to read about these things alright and I had seen lots of bad stuff health-wise on 5G without really knowing the facts, but consider me well and truly educated now. And should I decide that 5G does in fact make you go grow an extra arm or fall under the mind control of Bill Gates, I couldn’t see myself destroying stuff or abusing engineers.

The most batshit conspiracy I’ve heard recently is that Coronavirus isn’t real and it’s a hoax to keep us indoors while they upgrade pigeons (which are government spy drones) to be 5g

Not putting my tin hat on entirely but I think there's something in 5G causing coronavirus personally, and you can tell how powerful the 5G signal is by the way it's given the virus to countries that don't even have 5G. Now that's range. Also JFK did 911

I'm pretty sure everybody kicking off actually has no idea about it and are venting their rage via mobile internet

It was the same with 3G and 4G just not as big because less social media. Any time anyone mentions radiation people freak out. Because they’re morons and don’t get that radiation is all over the place and mostly harmless.

I remember it with mobiles in general as well. Nutters saying it causes cancer and forcing all these studies which all showed absolutely fuck all problem. At one point you were supposed to use a headset remember? But because science can never say anything is 100% safe (that’s not how science works), people keep going “well better safe than sorry”.

People are idiots.

Did you hear the one about the Government promoting giving the NHS the clap for 5 minutes at 8pm every Thursday, so that it will mask the loud buzzing noise given off when they test the new 5G masts at that time?
I shit you not!

I am sorry for being a bit selfish here, but I get annoyed on my own behalf when I hear this stuff, because I have to share the planet with these people.

It's probably the same morons who turn up at hospital and demand an x-ray or scan for the slightest thing, little realising that both procedures entail having a dose of radiation, all be it a very low one.
