He was born and bought up just down the road from us, his parents lived in the
same house until they both passed on a good few years back now.
Whenever he was back home visiting his folks he and his Dad would often call
Into my Old Mans pub for a few pints ‘he was quite partial to Addams Bitter.
He and his Dad ended up having an acrimonious fallout over a family matter
And I’m not sure they ever made it up.

I knew it was something to do with his Sister and a hotel, at the time his Father sent a rather
Long letter (which they obviously printed ) to the Lowestoft Journal ‘denouncing his Son and
telling everyone he was no longer a Son of his.
Though the article does read as though they managed to rekindle some sort of relationship.
