SISU to pay higher rent after leaving for the lower rent they paid ?

I don't think they'll do something that would put them in a worse position than when we were at St. Andrews. There will be many different things considered such as sponsorship (stadium and otherwise), increased crowds, etc. that will be taken into consideration (not forgetting the state of the pitch).
