And then they didI used to love people who would say that at the Ricoh after we lost. "I AM NEVER COMING BACK". Every time we lost.

Yeah it was every week at times, always on the way out.
"ITS FUCKING SHIT CITY, NOT GOOD ENOUGH, IM NOT COMING BACK"
I can vividly remember someone walking down the pitch near the dugout and throwing their season ticket on the floor before being escorted out of the ground by the stewards. Ha.Sure I remember someone throwing their ST away after going on the pitch. Maybe in the Dublin days?
Thing is, it's easy to be positive when you're winning.Once we're allowed more fans back I hope they buy into the positivity that is at games now. I hated it, and it wasn't that long ago, where it was constant moaning at the players and telling them how shit they were (admittedly they were pretty shit).
Yeah but even in our first season back in League One we went on a 9 game winless run and the fans didn't turn on the players. I feel the whole fanbase has turned a corner in that regard and I hope newcomers or those returning (when allowed) buy into it too.Thing is, it's easy to be positive when you're winning.
I agree btw, never understood booing your own players (remember two attractive girls quite near me turning into howling sweary banshees at Kevin Kyle before we'd even kicked off!!) but it's kind of understandable frustration comes out with some of our displays over the years!
It might have been my old college mate, John Sproul .I can vividly remember someone walking down the pitch near the dugout and throwing their season ticket on the floor before being escorted out of the ground by the stewards. Ha.
Bet they were there next game.

I'm lucky enough to be in a fairly busy area at St Andrews so happily missed that one.Have you already forgotten the Birmingham game and the legions of people whining we were “pissing around at the back”?

Clearly I was in nobhead corner. The sorts who turned up ten minutes into the half, refused to sit in their seat, spent ages asking who everyone was, then got angry when we played out from the back.
They’re still there. Waiting.

Do you disagree with my scenario about the fact that if you don't want to make a deal for the Ricoh?
Do you, therefore, agree with me that it is equally possible that any leak could come from Wasps... or SISU.
In fact, the evidence skews slightly towards the probability of Gilbert's source being from SISU, given somebody leaked to Gilbert about the indemnity this time around, and that sure as hell wasn't Wasps!
It could well have been in the Strachan era. It became so toxic at that point it wasn’t in any way enjoyable to be there. The abuse Strachan got was unbelievable at times. And as for Kevin Kyle, I’m going to guess Coventry isn’t his favourite place! It might have been my old college mate, John Sproul .
Or easy in it just that he was apprehended just before he was going to plant one on Strachan .
My memory lets me down here.
Agree, fuck all to do with season ticket refunds. This site is becoming unusable with the same fucking argument in every thread. Now wonder it feels quiet at the moment.
Bit dramatic. How odd we are discussing the biggest crises this club has faced in its entire history.
Lets instead discuss the possibility of having a Singers Corner in a ground that will never exist

Knock yourself out, this thread however is about season ticket refunds.
Bit dramatic.
