Not specifically for those three incidents no, but with Wilson being definitely not good enough I do think we will be in the market for a new keeper soon, so it's whether we go for a backup or we go balls out for a new number 1.

Allen definitely isn't a left midfielder and Giles isn't a left back so wouldn't be surprised to see Mason on for Allen and push Giles forward

Could go 4-4-1 and have Shipley on the left and Hamer on the right for now or even play O’Hare out wide right

We have been lucky on lots of occasions. Defensively look suspect. Can’t wait till Rose, Dabo and ostigard back. Allen and O’Hare good runs into space and Giles good going forward but less so when defending. Godden offside too many times.
Will we tire badly second half with only 10 on pitch.
