Interestingly the Brentford fan on here said their best/most influential player is Norgaard. The Brentford manager said he’s out for 8 weeks yesterday

As mentioned previously (possibly by FP) I really think we should consider going 2 up top and making use of 1 of our 2 major summer signings. With Shipley and Allen both thus far failing to impress alongside O'Hare i don't see what we have to lose. If its a disaster you can always look at changing back in a few games time, likelihood is we lose these next 2 games regardless.

He has created the vast majority of our chances. In 3 of our 4 games this season we’ve needed 3 goals to win a game, I don’t see how it isn’t a negative
He's been booked and sent off in 2 of the games.

Going to be another tough one today, but I maintain if we can play anywhere near our potential then we have a fighting chance against any team.

The thought of Sheaf and Kelly in the middle isn’t the most influential or inspiring, but having Kelly back will add some experience and stability. Not writing him off at all, but Sheaf has looked very average thus far, albeit its early days. Maybe playing alongside Kelly will help.

I hope Giles maintains his place as I feel he’s a real asset offensively, and especially on the counter with his pace which I imagine will be a tactic we deploy today.

Very early days for Walker too and he’s looked rusty in his limited appearances, but I’d like to see him given longer today alongside Godden ideally. Or even alongside Baka.

I would start COH and Allen ahead of Shipley, as we will need the creativity they offer with no Hamer behind them.

1-1, Godden.

It's a thought but even with two ACM's Godden has looked isolated from the midfield a lot. That's going to be even worse if that becomes one link man, esp in a game I'm expecting us to be defending a lot.

If we do it'll also have to involve a change in style and see us miss out the DCM's in the build up and less playing out from the back.

Might be worth a go as it'd probably take them by surprise as teams this season have looked to high press us.

Kelly will be a positive for Sheaf to play alongside he didn’t look settled with Hamer last time out they looked like total strangers

Tough game today and expect us to lose. A point would be massive.

At least the wing backs would have more to aim for and can whip in a few early balls. You could always ask one of the strikers to drop off a bit if we're being overran.

As I say it could be a disaster but we have very little to lose from giving it a go.

Rotation is a bit of a stretch. Didnt G before point out he started every game since the turn of the year?

I think I said there was two he didn’t start

Dabo out.

Is that Allen and Sheaf in centre mid with Bakayoko and OHare behind Godden or are we going 4-4-2?

that was my first thought when I saw the team selection.
edit - scrub that, somehow missed Hyam, still 3 centre halves in there, must be 3-5-2
