If things dont go well, would Sisu replace Robins?
No but perhaps sisu will replace themselves. If things dont go well, would Sisu replace Robins?
Toby Fare. Twas a question, not a request. Would SISU remove him if we have a nightmare for the next 4 (hypothetical) months? Fair question, what do you think? Some people need their heads examining in three and a half years what that bloke has done for our club is nothing short of phenomenal
In Robins we trust! PUSB
HAVE A WORD WITH YOURSELF.
What is crucial is that we are back at the Ricoh at the latest for the start of next season.

Are we playing any other Bs soon.and here we go !
3 league defeats in 2020, Bristol city, Bournemouth and Brentford.

If things don’t go well it’s because we have a L1 side in the Championship. That’s either because Robins succeeded ahead of the plan, or because he wasn’t backed properly for the plan. Neither of which are his fault. The baseline has to be us finishing where our wage budget puts us. Anything more is success even if it’s still relegation.
I don’t get this L1 side in the Championship stuff.
We are a Championship team playing in the Championship!
It’s going to take getting used to, hard work & belief but the majority of our team are good enough technically to cope with this division.
Robins has said it in numerous games this year-its about having faith in their own ability and a positive mindset.
Most of our games we’ve started as though we think we are going to lose, only playing the way we can after we’ve gone behind.
Just need to start the game better & the results will come.

Yesterday’s team was entirely made up of players who were signed for L1, and have mostly played the majority of their career at that level. Even Sheaf has played mostly at that level, and he was the only new signing on the pitch.
By all accounts only Wycombe (another L1 side) have a lower wage budget, so we have a L1 budget too. There’s a gulf between us and lower Championship sides in terms of wages not a gradient.
It is what it is. Brum, corona, lack of a ground, whatever the reason is irrelevant to the job Robins has to do this season. The only failure he could have would be finishing dead last and even then that wouldn’t be much of a relative failure cos the difference between us and Wycombe is far less than between us and those above us.
I doubt are wages are significantly different to Barnsley and Rotherham
And I doubt we’ll finish significantly behind them.
We are in a league of four probably with Rotherham, Wycombe and Barnsley. All I’d guess of wage budgets around £7/8m, looking at this from a couple of seasons ago it’s fair to assume that even the next lowest is spending at least double that:

Our total wage bill (I assume these are looking at the Rotherham figure) will probably be nearer to £10 m - ultimately relegation isn’t really an option and this is a better chance to survive than any other recent season
Luton seem pretty difficult to extract the info out the accounts but I doubt they are massive and they seem to have already issued a statement that accounts will be delayed for last years figures.
Agreed. It will 3 from us, Wycombe, Barnsley and Rotherham who go downAnd I doubt we’ll finish significantly behind them.

Figure I saw for last year was £5.2m, I’d be very surprised if we’ve doubled the wage bill considering the signings we’ve made.

Well we are above one and below the other so I would say currently we are where we are!
And Rotherham have got their 5 points from Wycombe, Birmingham, and Huddersfield.I doubt are wages are significantly different to Barnsley and Rotherham

All four could be in the championship next season. I don’t think people realise just badly some clubs are run. 3or4 could be in major financial bother.
they could Be saying the same about usI don’t see how Wycombe are going to stay up barring a host of teams getting points deductions
they could Be saying the same about us
So they finish bottom who takes the other 2 spaces ?Well no as we’re a better team than Wycombe this season and last season. They’ve scored 1 goal and that was their player dispossessing the goalkeeper
