You can’t argue that he’s done brilliantly especially given covid - unbelievable performance and ruins it by calling cheat

No, Earlsdon said if one party was to lose there would be riots and violence. I still stand by that.

I have no doubt that if Trump loses that he will act like a baby though, which he is already showing.

My projections that this would be closer than people thought have proved a lot of posters who said I was talking nonsense to be wrong.

A) A huge number of votes haven’t been counted yet and B) Most of us pointed out his best case scenario would see him edge a win. Rightly that was considered unlikely but not impossible.

I think a lot more people swallowed the narrative that Biden would easily win.
Was there a narrative? People were falling over themselves to add in disclaimers after 2016 and say things like “anything could happen”. Plenty of analysis thought Biden would win the popular vote but EC would be tighter.

One thing to remember is most of these states that still are counting count in person on the day first then postal and early.

Long, long way to go

Wow.

I suggest you go and have a look on the other threads too.

Most people were wanking over the polls.

A lot of those people are very quiet today.

why fucking lie and post selective bullshit

people said a biden victory looked more likely but trump could win. I said that, BSB said that Schmeee said that and others

stay factual

Why would anyone believe the polls - there’s a whole industry out there of non jobs preaching bullshit 😂

It always strikes me as odd that they can release results from some places when voting hasn't finished in others.
Nothing says “We’re winning” quite like randomly demanding that all votes stop being counted in the middle of an election
Lets be honest. If they ran an election in somewhere like Iraq the same way they do in the US the west would be jumping up and down saying how it was undemocratic and questioning the result.

as of yesterday afternoon it was something like 65 million postal votes had arrived & another 26 million postal ballots that had been issued and could still arrive.

Not sure if I can take 4 more years...
Always quite fancied living in the states, but for the need to look after my parents pretty sure I'd have moved to another country by now, but at the moment I'd hate to be there.

The most immediate concern if Trump gets back in is getting through a covid winter. He's been attacking the Biden campaign saying Biden will listen to scientists which gives a pretty good indication where things are headed. With the numbers as bad as they are there, and Trump seeming to have no intention of doing anything about it I dread to think how they will end up. There's also even less support there for those who lose their job or those who need medical help so the long term impact to the general population could be huge.

My next concern would be the environment. Will the planet be able to recover from 4 more years of Trump's policies.

People are talking about civil war and states declaring independence, sounds far fetched but I wouldn't write anything off at this stage.

Unbelievable but again terrible, almost arrogant by the democrats. It reminds me a little of Corbyn (engaging with voters, loyal energetic following) v May (lacklustre, poor communicator, thought it was nailed on).

This is the problem with people only operating/listening to their own bubbles though.

Fascinating if a little worrying !

Ps polling basically skewed by people not wanting to admit they’re voting for trump.

Not saying trump definitely wins by the way as DOD indicated this probably won’t be decided for a bit. Shouldn’t have even been close though !

I'm watching RT this morning, seems the only station I can get a sensible middle ground opinion...

Just reminded me of Corbyns corridor meeting with Trump - you can just imagine him tagging along behind

Meanwhile, Biden takes the lead in Wisconsin...

Means Trump would have to run the board in MI, PA and GA. He’s done it before, but it’s looking grim in Georgia and Michigan.

For me the funniest thing to happen would be whoever wins has to give up within days through poor health

Another thing going a miss with everybody... Is republicans look set to keep the senate don't they? Which again goes against the polls

Where’s the counting still going on?

Loads of places, but as I said, only four places that matter right now - Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Georgia. They are yet to report the votes and mail-in ballots from the big cities, and now that’s started in Wisconsin, Biden is pulling ahead.

Pretty funny that while everyone on here is arguing furiously about polls being wrong and Trump being underestimated, Biden is quietly on his way to winning the election in the precise way the polls have been predicting for months.

I think I just read michigan will be called within 30 minutes... Don't quote me but I'm sure I just saw it

Also, I'm not sure you are correct the polls predicted a narrow victory for Biden, quite the opposite

Zero chance of that happening. But if you’re watching RT for US election updates then don’t be too surprised if you get dodgy info!
