Have to admit its starting to really irritate me. Id find it easier to take if we were playing absolutely crap but we are in these games and having chances but throwing points away. That's more frustrating, but just have to hope the points will come in time and these stupid costly mistakes will reduce.... Or else.

One game is is natural, 2 is unlucky but to play 4-5 now where we should have won and end up losing, it's utterly bizarre

Daft mistakes and poor finishing I think.
What's bizarre is Reading's nose dive. That's partly down to us.

Playing this well. Means we will be fine. Trust me. Hard part we do well score goals. 12 goals. Should be mid table.
Defence an issue.
More than enough about us to stay up this season.

Ohare championship class. Walker finish also class.

We are so close to being a good championship team, just have to keep improving , learn all the time , and add come January. Everyone loves maxes endeavour and he has given us something different in the last couple of games , but he has to score the chances he's had, some of them have been literally been on a plate.

On the bright side we're getting better. We've gone from thinking have no chance of winning any games and will be played off the park every week to be frustrated at not winning away at Watford in a matter of weeks.
We all know some of the issues aren't easily fixable. McFadz isn't going to suddenly turn into Usain Bolt and Godden, Max & Baka aren't suddenly going to turn into £10m strikers every other team seems to be able to put out against us.
That said some of the issues should be things that can be sorted. We can't go on all season with the number of bookings, sending offs and penalties we've been giving away so far. Cut that out and cut stupid mistakes out and maybe things will improve. Add in getting back to something approaching a full squad to pick from and into a run of fixtures that has games we should be looking at picking up points in and hopefully by Christmas things will be looking a bit better.

There's enough coaches and stats people at the club that you'd think they'd be able to identify if we're using the wrong system. A switch away from zonal seems a very achievable thing. Not exactly something radical that will confuse the players.

You may have have misunderstood as the point was why can't footballers do a basic skill like clear a ball in the 96th min for example or don't jump with your hands in the air etc..just saying like

That is football. That is why we love it. So unpredictable and the better side often loses.
Also despite years of watching football, most fans just follow the ball and miss the bigger picture.
Players that dont play are always faultless and are better than the players who play and make mistakes.
Also when we lose it is just one players fault, if only because a fan has been criticising them all season, so why give up now?
Also players play and work in front of the Manager everyday of the week not just a Saturday. But players who dont play have to be better than those that do when we lose.
Change the manager and it will change the players skill level in the squad over night.
(WE HAVEN'T BEEN AT THIS LEVEL FOR YEARS AND YEARS. WE ARE UP AGAINST IT. JUST ENJOY THE CHALLENGE. FOCUS ON THE MANY POSITIVES RATHER THAN NAVEL GAZE AT THE NEGATIVES).
