I know we're losing when playing well at times and its frustrating. We're shooting ourselves with costly individual errors, but new to the league, learning and adapting against much better opposition. I think we still have reasons to be positive and I've not lost the belief we can stay up yet:

*It's only 11 games in out of 46
*Our general play has improved
*More confidence on the ball than a couple of weeks back
*Came from behind to lead
*Scoring more goals recently
*Played the top teams apart from Norwich and have games against lesser opposition upcoming
*Getting match fitness and sharpness
*Dabo soon back
*Combinations starting to to look better and in particular Hamer/Sheaf which will be crucial
*Still just outside bottom 3
*Other teams who played the in lockdown will collect some knocks and niggles as we get stronger

Also, us Wycombe and Rotherham all in the bottom six, Watford, Norwich & Bournemouth are 2nd, 3rd & 4th. Hardly a coincidence and the gulf between leagues is huge. We'll adapt in time. Last year Charlton Barnsley and Luton were bottom 3 for ages having all been promoted the previous season, but 2 ultimately stayed up and Charlton just missed out on the final game.

It will be a rocky road, we'll be down there, but stick together and keep the faith.

PUSB!

What lesser opposition is there in this league? Wycombe?
There will be no easy games including Wycombe, but we wont face the class of Bournemouth, Brentford, Swsnsea, Watford etc every week where the we can get awsy with errors not always punished so clinically.

Lovely nice list

We don’t have a defence capable at this level currently so it’s all pointless

They've not got an understanding yet as a 3 but will get better. Played dome top drawer forwards recently. Osti is a good a PL loan, Rose in fairness a bit out of form, but Giles is excellent particularly offensively and Dabo is a huge miss. Give them a few more games, get Dabo in and if we're still conceding I'll give it you, but currently think they deserve more time.

So are you going on record that cov are defintley getting relegated?
The list is pointless it’s all lovely making these posts smiley faces etc we can’t do the basics right and have conceded 22 in 11 we’re showing relegation form currently

They will get more time Mate As we don’t have any other options we have to hope we can stick with the teams around us and hope Joy drops robins a care package in jan

Work it out kid - 22 goals conceded in 11 we’ve won 2 from 11 is that convincing you we will be ok ? Or are you part of the “we play lovely football we will be ok we’re too good to go down” brigade ?

I'm trying to find positives to keep happy at the moment and I guess this is one. After 11 games last season, none of the teams that were in the bottom 5 ended up going down. Shows there is such a long way to go

Who on this site think that either Fulham or West Brom will survive the premier league this year ?.

How is this any difference to us or Wycombe in this league ?.

The gulf in budgets for championship v league one is huge., we have done so
Well so far

Bullshit. It’s a better league. You don’t step up overnight. We matched 2nd for large periods. I’d put money that had that game come in January or February, we’d have won it. Same as Forest. It’s a massive learning curve.

We'll see, but we need to find a way of stemming the tide of goals conceded fast.

Tbf in those games we won't be up against the same class of forwards but we need to cut out the daft mistakes... I think the break has come at a perfect time for us, bit of a breather to work on a few things and get godden and dabo back fit

We haven't been undone by sublime goals or brilliant attacking play. We've created the problems for ourselves.
