Christie on for Forest - researching the competition - Lawrence and Waghorn good for Derby so far- sort of begs the question why Forest let Tyler go

anyone see ex cov manager Mark Robins Huddersfields 5th goal today against Yeovil ?

Ex Cov player Danny Ward smashes a shot from 30 odd yards out and it was completely fluffed by ex Cov Chris Dunn

Russell Slade just said on Football League Show

"Coventry are the toughest side we have played this season"

And then this is post #4 - with those two early posts it looks like this was actually the “future manager watch” thread and we just didn’t know.

I thought I'd have a quick browse on Ready to Go to see the reaction to Burge being dropped. Seems like they don't rate his replacement and are their usual calm selves

Liam O'Brien just signed for Stratford Town. Very odd career. Been at Portsmouth and us, without ever really having first team football, a splattering of appearances for the likes of Barnet and Dagenham & Redbridge. Was last at Yeovil and only made 6 appearances at that standard. At 28 you'd imagine that could well be his professional career over. It can be over before it's really started.

No.2. GK's seem to have a canny knack of extending their career far long than their ability warrants. I think eventually they get found out pretty quickly though once they're called upon.

Hardly a surprise he's signed for Stratford Town. He was nowhere near the standard required of league football.

Yep-the first choice keeper Belford announced that he wasn’t coming back after lockdown. Decent keeper at that level and will be missed down at Stratford.

Neil Wood (Remember him) didn’t realise he was the current manager of the Manchester United u23’s. only realised because he’s been getting some stick on twitter after they lost 4-0 to Morecambe in the JPT

Fair enough he was pretty poor but will always remember a pretty heroic display between the sticks against Stoke. A fonder memory than what his lunatic colleague that season was up to
