The big problem for me is how deep McFadzean always wants to play. He drags the whole team back. We'd have a lot more going forwards if we were playing 10 yards higher and Shipley-OHare-Hamer were closer to Walker.

Agree with this, I think he also moves the ball far too slowly. Was noticeable how much more purpose we had from the back without him in it

The formation really stunts the attacking threat. But we’ve looked reasonably solid. Don’t think Sky will want either team on again based on that half.

A dour half. Neither team look like scoring. You need a Jobello in this formation, we have very little width, and dabo in particular isn't managing to get forward. The ball isn't sticking up front either.

2 wins from 11, we desperately need a win tonight against a team only 3-4 places higher than us.
