We literally beat them 4-1 with one up front and Shipley in the team last season.
We also won the FA Cup in 1987, what is your point?

I share the scepticism about Shipley. Hamer must be being rested.
Prepare for big substitutions on the hour - bit like Norwich.
Big fan of shipley thenExcept for the fact we will be pressing with a player that won't tackle.
Playing one up front and having Shipley in the team feels a bit like having 9 players.
That + Hamer also has to get through 2 more games without picking up a yellow card to avoid a suspension (same as Østigård).
Against an aggressive, combative team like Wycombe that might be tricky so no surprise he's rested for this one.
Surely resting him two games so that he doesn't miss one game is a bit counter intuitive? If we win today, expect hamer to be missing v Huddersfield too if its 2 games more
Maybe so, probably rightSurely resting him two games so that he doesn't miss one game is a bit counter intuitive?
Robins has said Jobello is injured..The bench selection is allways odd. Jobello last few games then kasta today.
Mind you Would love to see kasta run at them for 10 mins at the end.
I think Wycombe will target the flanks with long diagonals which might keep them pinned back or spread the centre backs dangerously. It's a pretty intriguing fixture really having played each other so frequently recently and with the games being so one sided. A lot of cat and mouse games and 2nd guessing going on I would think. I'd definitely take another 3rd minute McCallum goal today though!I imagine the wing backs will have more freedom in this system with 1 less striker... Well in theory that is true
Odd how all the players we rush back from injury seem to pick up further injuries, wonder whyRobins has said Jobello is injured..
Because they are prone to injury?Odd how all the players we rush back from injury seem to pick up further injuries, wonder why
He's carrying the whole fucking team!Wouldn’t it have been more beneficial to rest Hamer against Huddersfield, this is a more important game than that. Unless he’s carrying something.
Very impressive win considering we essentially played with 9 menThis is the team we put out last season
1 Marko Marosi 81' GK
15 Dominic Hyam 66' DF
5 Kyle McFadzean DF
4 Michael Rose DF
23 Fankaty Dabo MF
31 Sam McCallum 3' MF
20 Liam Walsh MF
6 Liam Kelly (C) MF
24 Matt Godden 16'44'50'75' FW
25 Zain Westbrooke 80' FW
26 Jordan Shipley 89'
Think that's his safe word. Martin Winch just bit too hard. One for the Clive bingo:

McCallum is one of Robins' favouritesNot sure what Giles has done wrong tbh McCallum hasn’t been great but keeps his place.
Robins has said Jobello is injured..

Just in case the football forum wasn't sure what a 0-0 was?Score predictions now the team is announced.
