The pitch is naff and a few players are running on empty. Fankaty, we all know, is one hell of a player, but he is trying to play without breaking down (fair play to the guy). We can all see that Wednesday are very ordinary, but we can also see that we have a lot of players who are fatigued. get Giles and another fresh pair of legs if necessary, but a point is still no bad thing at the moment.

Isn't it weird that the hate for certain players only happens when we aren't winning? Hopefully shippers will come on to give certain morons their full quote of whinging

so Walkers the new boo boy now Shipleys out?
Injured at start of season, then played with stitches in his foot and also have Covid - why not give him a bit longer rather than crucifying him after a handful of games?

I said weeks ago that there were several players we were carrying. Walker and McCallum were on that list as well as Shipley.

We started off well but have let them back into it, we are still giving the ball away a lot.

Nope. People were making excuses before the game. This has nothing to do with an on the day thing.

Look at how they are playing, they are all over the place. We can win this even with a depleted team.

Have some belief!

People were saying survival was the goal before the season and are now melting down when we're 17th (that's right, we've currently climbed a place), the negativity on here is fucking pathetic.

We've been shit for most of our existence but a couple of seasons of winning more than we lose in the lower leagues and it's like listening to Arsenal supporters.

Need more second half but hard to see where it’ll come from. Sheaf playing well.

Tempted to put Godden, Giles and Dacosta on on 60 min for Baka McCallum and Dabo

Everyone we play is brilliant. Robins said so. Don’t use your eyes and see if teams are good or not. The championship is the champions league and we’re Bedworth united.
Well i mean Huddersfield who fans stated on here we should be smashing are beating Watford comfortably today... It's a seriously tough league, I don't get your argument at all

Why can’t people understand that people are disappointed with poor performances against poor sides without resorting to hyperbole.
Oh no mate I get it! Every game we have played is vs poor teams but we ain't winning every game

Thisnisnsinply bit good enough!!!

Robins out!!!

When the 3rd kit didn't have the city skyline on the back it was said you had to have a plain back so you could see the name and numbers. How have Sheff Wed got away with stripes then?

This game does remind me of Norwich and Derby away though where we'd obviously decided a point was a a decent result before kick off and then didn't adjust at all when we saw how poor they were. Hope we do show more ambition in the 2nd half. It's not always easy to manipulate intensity, especially against a team this bad with no crowds, but we need a bit more zip and to reduce the distance these passes are going into Biamou's feet.

Will be interesting to see how Baka and Biamou perform in the 2nd half and who he subs off if we need a goal - whether subs the sub for Godden or whether Biamou stays on.

How you can be carrying a left back yet hardly conceding any goals? Mccallum is fine defensively just been a bit sloppy on the ball. In defence of him and Dabo they mostly receive the ball in their own half while pinned to the touchline, it's not easy.

and I haven't said they're playing well, but I appreciate they're all inexperienced at this level and in the case of Walker has had fitness issues so I'm going to give them a bit longer before I start delighting in calling them shit at every opportunity and making sarccy comments about people who actually try and get behind them.

My phone just autocorrected Fankaty Dabo to Fun Kitty Gazebo. That sounds like much more entertainment than that first half.

Before the start of the season it was all a little bit unknown.

We've seen enough from ourselves and other teams for me to confidently say we are good enough to beat Wednesday.

I think a small minority that call for taxis get confused with people that are simply critiquing things which aren't at all outrageous to say.
