Wouldn’t surprise me seeing drive through vaccines being done in the same places testing is being done. We have drive through flu vaccinations at work.
A lot will depend on what the prescribing rules are, the Doctors are having to prescrible the Pfizer one at the hospital, where as they don't with the flu vaccine.

The CEO is saying the have worked out how to get it at 95% and they will publish soon.

so will that need additional clearance to the one with lower effectiveness?
Do they start distributing the current version anyway once that's cleared, (hopefully in the next few days)?

Think it’s the one I did the other week. I’d be looking at September. That’s based on the governments overestimates as well. But it’s also based on the current rates using the one vaccine available at the moment. Plus add to that I’m not in the vulnerable category it’s not really an issue. All this is assuming it’s the one I saw without checking your link.

I'm June to July and I'm in the first block of those vaccinated albeit in category 9 which is the last category of the first block.
Got to say, I'm a bit disappointed with that, and it also suggests that it may all take a bit longer than I thought.

Keep in mind there are some pretty hefty error bars in that simulator

March to May. Nice to know an estimated 12-18 million good people are expected to pop their clogs before me.

Keep safe all.

The Government are considering placing London and the Southeast into even tighter restrictions, in the form of a new Tier 5, possibly as soon as December 30th.
Being reported on Sky and BBC news.

I'm guessing when the Ambulance service in London reports they are as busy as they were during the first wave but Gove has said that schools are staying open.

Just had a look at the BBC. Nothing has been reported yet?

I’m expected in March. Wife had hers yesterday, they had surplus vaccines at her hospital.

Russia have upped their death count from 55,000 to 180,000. I'm not sure how they could have got the figures so wrong for so long whilst seemingly holding the correct information.

A lot of schools will be doing mock exams when they come back, these can probably be allowed while the rest are home.

Just emerging:

All secondary pupils to come back a week later than planned to ‘allow schools to set up mass testing’

Y11 and 13 will be allowed back initially

Everyone else remote until the 18th

FML
