I think people are forgetting how awful he was....

He hasn’t been the best, but the only other option is Drysdale or Thompson unless he plays a flat back four.

It's this 'not in the drop zone yet' when the warning signs are enormous that bothers me. Millwall giving us basically 2 own goals changes little.
The warning signs aren't enormous, we've scored more than several teams and are losing 3 nil away at a top 6 side but we could have scored 3... We aren't a poor side, we have a lack of quality in certain areas and that could take another couple of transfer windows to even properly address...

We don't have the money to fix it immediately

"Could have" doesn't get points though?

The back three have been abysmal today. It's one thing when the opposition have good attacking players, but another when your defence is contributing to chances and goals against you.

Hamer must also think Gerrard is watching him, no end of difficult pass attempts gone awry instead of the simpler option.
You're not allowed to question his performative yet sloppy passing.

Come up with a better line, you already used that one.

At least you’re having a good night, you get to lecture us all about how you’re a super fan! Must be nice to not care whether we win or lose.

I'm not enjoying this anymore than you are.

Difference is I'm able to accept that they are much, much better than us and that we will lose many games this season and I can avoid making daft knee jerk reactions to it.
