Sorry if I've missunder stood but do you mean weird keeping sheaf out of the side?
Sheaf has played the last 2 games with James...Yeah, we’ve got an obligation to buy Sheaf and while I like James and think he’s better I don’t think he’s so vital that we needed him ahead of other positions. Less so in a three than two are the base though.
Not that I don’t like James, just we’ve invested in Sheaf and it seems weird to cut off his route to the team.

Yes Until Kelly is backSheaf is still playing though, right?

Thought it was an option
If we signed De Bruyne too we wouldn’t the playing Sheaf. These Walsh rumours have come from nowhere. The fact you think he would start Shipley over sheaf too is laughableSort of. I think him and James are too similar and I suspect if Shipley was on form, or we had the ability to sign a Walsh, he wouldn’t be playing. Sheaf hasn’t played more than about 70 mins at a time since James signed.
James looked to the left of sheaf with Hamer to the right at timesHe isn’t going to play James and Kelly together

Sheaf isn’t an out and out DM. At Doncaster he played as more of a box to box midfielder with Whiteman sitting. If Shipley was a better fit there, Robins would have started him there. But he’s not, so he hasn’t.You think the left side of the three is a DM role? I think it’s clear it’d be better with a CM there. Yeah I think the fact Shipley has come on both games to play there suggests he’d play Shipley there.
Are you trying to create a new special relationship, with shmmeeeSheaf isn’t an out and out DM. At Doncaster he played as more of a box to box midfielder with Whiteman sitting. If Shipley was a better fit there, Robins would have started him there. But he’s not, so he hasn’t.

We can’t have an obligation that’s nonsense

Take it up with Robins.
It's an obligation based on certain criteria being met (i.e. staying up/number of appearances). Fairly common practice.
is it where does it say that?
Coventry City Sign Ben Sheaf on Loan From Arsenal
Championship side Coventry City have confirmed the arrival of midfleder Ben Sheaf on a season-long loan from Premier League club Arsenal.www.google.co.uk
Will Grigg ffsWhy did we sign him we should have gone for someone proven like Gnanduillet or Grigg. Damn the club signing players for cheap who are young and unknown. Every signing must be ready made for the first team. Regardless of what they cost
Are you for real? It’s pathetic and frankly it’s about time we campaigned to get this idiots who own the club gone
