we bought in a striker.
We were never going to sign a Glenn Murray, I bet Forest are paying at least 10k a week for him.
Who we would have liked in and who we were realistically going to bring in are miles apart.
Gyo ? Who is now behind max a player who’s carrying an injury ?

Yes we’ve brought a striker in it’s still not been addressed

but the nearest you could get to definitely addressing it would be to bring in a proven Championship strike, even an aging one, never going to happen.
Gyo has as many goals as Charlie Austin.
And he's not behind Max in my opinion, we went with a certain game plan today, let's see what happens next week.

If we get through this month staying out of the bottom 3 then I think we can do it. a long long way to go in this seaso, we will click at some point

Agreed after these tougher fixtures we still have majority of teams around us to play and if we play like we did today with Walker back we should get some wins. Last 2 games of the season against Millwall and Huddersfield could be big

We can't pay that kind of money... Shows the difference and what we are up against

Hopefully Rotherham stay up, Donkey Rovers come up, be a decent league for Yorkshire clubs next season, Us, Huddersfield, Shitfield United, Rotherham and Doncaster. Hope Wensdeh fuck off though.

Get some key players back and we will be fine.

Need to understand why so many of our key players are out, is the training set up wrong? are our medics good enough?

All teams are playing the same rate of games, yet our injury list is extreme and potentially threatening to our league position

We are doing OK, need to weather these next set of fixtures which look incredibly tough. Let's not lose heart if we slip down because the games do get easier. We have been ravaged by injuries in key areas. Get through this patch in touching distance and push on when players are back. Keep the faith

Scoring 6 goals in 11 games doesn’t worry you ?

Maybe I’m just the ultimate optimist but Blues are struggling, Wednesday got hammered and teams like Huddersfield and Luton are still only 2-3 points ahead. Fair play to Rotherham, didn’t see their form coming although probably best team that played us last season... team of beasts ! (Saying that OG in first minute, how we could do with that in a game !)

Of course but only an idiot can't see we have been fucked by injuries. We just drew with a team that could spend 40m on a single player. Get some perspective you lunatic. We had a player covering up front who was playing non league before he was signed for our league 2 campaign. We are doing well in the circumstances

It's been a pretty good day in some ways. We were expecting to pick up no points today and though Forest and Rotherham won, we gained a point on Birmingham and Sheff Weds.

Yeah. It’s really only the Rotherham result that’s a disaster. Forest will pull away and not be involved.

Just deja vu from that last patch of tricky fixtures against top teams. Then we went on a good run and all the babies shut up. So depressingly predictable
