Binley Oak is gone. Brewer & Baker gone. Can't remember if Foresters is still there (i ran past there a few weeks back).
It really is desolate and run down, and the flats on the site of the ground have done nothing to help.
How much did that set you back?I fingered a girl when I was about 16 by some garages just off King Richard Street last right before you get to the ground.
Great times.

A fair few are unoccupied I think, so it's probably by-to-let investors not wanting to realise too much of a loss by accepting less, or not wanting to pay off their mortgage while having sold the thing!I have been house hunting recently and for what those flats are they still go for a decent wedge to buy.
I assume people just want to rent them out at a premium.
