Just accept you got it wrong for once.
He’s utter rubbish and we should just tell him to go. He’s actually harming the club with fans odd obsession with him. He’s totally out his depth - tonight he was an embarrassment
Different opinions mate, that's all.
I think our best chance was to try & stay in the game, you think it was to go at them. Impossible to say who's correct but I don't think many managers would have made attacking changes at half-time in that scenario.

This.. I can accept when the other team is just better. It’s when we constantly shoot ourselves in the foot and repeat the mistakes time and time again. For me it's not about being shocked or disappointed with where we are, because staying up would be a massive achievement. It's how we've ended up where we are that frustrates.
Most of the goals we concede are gifts. But, we don't seem to learn from them. That's what annoys me more than anything. Add to that that we struggle to score, it magnifies every goal we gift.
Sorry G. Second attempt was poor. He was unlucky with the first, and the last was deflected over the bar. How is that an embarrassment? For me the keeper can rightly have the finger pointed at him for numerous failings tonight, but Max really only messed up on the one chance. The other two were unfortunate. When Godden and Walker are fit, I'm sure they'll start ahead of him, but if Max hadn't been here you'd have been watching Baka up front instead for a period of this season.
If we were at 11 men I would have been more comfortable going 2 up early onAssuming that McF hadn't walked and given up a penalty I'd still have taken off one of the central midfielders for a striker. We were threatening nothing going forward and giving possession away for fun in our own half.
A striker with an ounce of composure would have scored all 3I agree that the first was just unlucky, as the angle was closing quickly - although a person with more skill would have chipped. For the third, a more composed finish would have been to the right of the goal, instead, he chooses to shoot in the direction of 3 luton players. Regardless, max isn't to blame for tonight - the defence was shocking.
Like Jamie Vardy or rickie Lambert who max has been compared to recentlyA striker with an ounce of composure would have scored all 3

we talked about them learning from it at the start of the season, and we expected them to do so. We’re 3/4 of the way in and the same crappy red cards, silly penalties, defensive howlers are still happening.

You’re serious too aren’t you? He’s playing cause every other striker is not fit and he was unlucky with the first. You are such a weird fanHe’s utter rubbish and we should just tell him to go. Dabo for me is frustrating as too often he tries get around behind the defender to cross the ball out wide. He’s got the power and skill to be more direct and take the ball into the box.Agree with most of this. I know you’re not openly criticising Dabo, but feel he (like Rose) has had a couple injuries that have never allowed him a proper run of games to get him in good form.
Accept your point about Hamer. He’s not been as good in the last two months, but still merits his place, and I’m desperate to keep.
I know I’ll cop flack for this, but Kelly was poor tonight. When he came back in the squad after being injured in the Wycombe game, he showed he brought us balance and game management. I think Matty James can bring more to the team overall. Kelly’s wise and experienced head is very useful in a young squad. He doesn’t have enough skill for me. Worth keeping but not an obvious starter next year.
Which Marosi is also certainly not one of!All of that was down to Wilson. That aerial weakness cost us the game, With the size of outfield players, you need a 6' 4" keeper who will pluck the ball out of the air and command his box.
How did you think they did? Walker looked ok, Godden way offI shuddered to think what Walker and Godden must have been thinking as he blew all those sitters.
Not for our fans mateView attachment 19194
Glad you piped up after your pre game comment... Anyway.. I don't careMax would have scored four from those three chances if Luton hadn't cheated him.

Well we did well especially first 15 second half. Why we looked so off the pace first half is beyond meI'll be honest I turned it off after he sent off McF

Hell be better next season but we need betterNot a chance in hell McCallum gets into Norwich's team next season. I have a really horrible feeling if we stay up he'll end up coming back.

He didn’t have any sitters:
Unlucky with the first...looked in all the way until hit post:
Second should have done better but ball did bobble...but yes should have hit target:
Great block on the third...player threw himself at it ...it was on target.
Three good half chances...didn’t see any as sitters.
More disappointed with his hold up play (only once did he bring others in) ...if we play him as lone striker we need to get players supporting far more quickly than we do and he needs a better first touch.

Genuinely don’t think we have enough players at the level we need them. You've got plenty of case studies to try and answer that question, that first half has been repeated countless times this season. Start brightly, miss one or two glorious chances, concede an awful goal then perhaps concede another by or just after half time.
I think we will scrape staying up but will have made it so so much more difficult than it should have been. And pretty much entirely self inflicted
