11/1 with sky bet when I looked last week so almost halved in less than a week. Point still stands

6/1 is still good odds for the bedwetters on here who are so confident that we are 'certain' to be relegated. CC84cov has been sure of it for so long I imagine he hoovered up those 11/1 odds. Fill your boots!!

Not gonna lie if Ladbrokes allowed for bets on relegation I’d have backed it. Not because I think it just to numb the pain if we were to go down! I bet against us every week

6/1 are great odds considering we are better odds than around 5 other teams. It amazes me that people think we have such a good chance, but they don’t have the sky blue bias like we do.

Think 48 points will be enough to survive but need to target 50 my predictions for what it's worth
QPR - D
Bristol - W
Bournemouth - L
Barnsley -L
Stoke - D
Preston - D
Huddersfield - W
Millwall - L
Rotherham D

10 points 49 survival!

No wins in 11 games? Robins would have to be sacked on the back of that surely.

I haven't got a clue if we can get to 47 pionts think that will be safe also Rotherham if they get 4 games in a week then that may change things.

We've still got a few winnable games left, including a few teams around us. Towards the end of the season some of those may have nothing to play for and already be in the back garden *beach not available due to Covid restrictions*

I'm also hoping Rotherham's fixture pile up will leave them absolutely knackered (esp against us) and so don't pick up many results

So in theory we need 2 wins, 5 draws, 2 defeats, although personally I think 49 will be enough 2 wins, 4 draws, 3 defeats.

It looks to me MR sees a point a match and we will survive I think he could be correct so I don’t expect him to be too tally ho with his team selections and in fairness although result and performance wise our last two games have been disappointing we missed early chances in both matches to be 2-0 ahead. We need a win in one of our next three games to be on course. Two are home games

It's such fine margins isn't it. We should have put the game to bed by half time on Saturday. So easily could have been three points instead of two.

The table would be looking so much more healthy for us.

Fine margins and now we are looking over our shoulder.

I had SSN on, on Saturday and Bristol were all over Rotherham on Saturday and then, from their very first chance, Rotherham scored.

Anyone can beat anyone in this league. I think we can find 3 more wins out of 9 games. That would give us 48 points. That might well be enough anyway and when it came to Rotherham, we may just be needing to avoid defeat.

Harry, I think it would be dreadful if we lost every single remaining away game.

I am convinced we will pick up some points on our travels, even if it is just a couple of draws.

I sometimes get the impression you actually want us to go down just so you can say ‘I told you so’.
No that’s not the case I love this club I’ve supported it since a kid with my dad taking me I take my kids what’s wrong with my prediction of us going down ? Is it because you don’t agree with it ? I haven’t suddenly said we will go down I’ve seen how we’ve been behaving for months from the manager down their naive I don’t think robins is tactically close to this level, but I pray to god we stay in this league, not enjoying this season at all,the manner we approach games the team selections etc,I have always said Rotherham will stay up I think it’d a 2 horse race out of us and Brum and at this level they’ve been there and done it I think it’s gonna come down to 1 freak win from either side which decides it

I'm just being mean. Only Bournemouth have a team that if they play well, we won't be able to cope with. What grates with me a bit, is that I do think we want to try and play passing football, yet the only decent pitches are likely to be when we are away from The Trillion.
Stoke, QPR, Huddersfield and Rotherham look reasonable opportunities to pick up something, but also look uncomfortably awkward to me at the moment. Stoke and Rotherham will be the physical battles, Huddersfield and QPR will be more open 'footballing' games (if that makes any sense). I'd be happy with one win from any of those (but as you said in an earlier post, avoiding defeat against Rotherham would / could be huge). All of the home games look like we could pick up something (Barnsley looking toughest in terms of form).

Get O'Hare and McCallum out of that starting line up and watch the results come in. Simple as that.

If we stay up it'll be below 50 points in a league containing Wycombe completely not up to the level and Wednesday having been deducted points.

If we manage it then we have a hell of a lot of improvement to do over the summer. The squad needs to get better and the manager smarter. Sunderland, Hull etc. aren't going to make it as easy to avoid relegation next time round.

I can't see the recruitment style differing from last summer. Obviously with exception to recruiting foreign players. It's likely the majority of our signings will be a mix of players from League One, Scotland and PL loans.

The downside to no longer really being able to dip into Europe's lower divisions is that competition is likely going to be more difficult with regards to signings next season. Interested to see how the market pans out but we have to just do what we can.

Europe’s lower divisions? Apart From Hamer who we paid good money for I don’t think it’s such a bad idea we can’t dip into that market some of them have been a total waste of resources

Although there's not been much success it's certainly not good news that market is now pretty much closed off.

It likely means the market for lower league players in England and Scotland is going to become even more inflated than it already is - and much more competitive.

Nope I want us to do it I just can’t see how with how we play it’s no secret I’m not a massive robins fan at this level
The free flowing goal scoring machine Walker will be our saviour ( not ) . On a serious note I think we will stay up on the last day by a point . MR mission accomplished.. you are our king !!! 😆

I think this break will do us a world of good ...get back to the training pitch & practice the tactical aspects..& come out stronger......we are going to be banging in goals left - right & centre

A lot of doom and gloom merchants in these 2 pages' current form says we stay up.Us 5 points last 5 games Derby and Notts Forest 2 points from the same number of games add Preston 1point in 5. That is without Rotherham slipping up under the pressure of too many games. Have faith

If we don’t snap out of our current way of playing we will go down. They look devoid of ideas and energy at the moment. Really hope the two weeks training has kicked them out of it.
