Tbf the DaCosta change suggests we’re going for it. Hopefully he doesn’t have to defend much.

Marosi dropped for Wilson is mind boggling for me, unless he’s injured obviously.

Want a performance from Godden and a partnership with Walker tonight. Plus need the ref to protect O'Hare (who I predict they'll kick the crap out of)

Starting Da Costa is like setting an untrained police dog off, equal chances he'll either bite you or the criminal

Or they will have the absolute run of our wings, our CBs will get pulled too wide to cover him and we'll have huge holes in our defence.

That's made the decision for me anyway, I'm not facing this match dry, beer time!
There is that worry his positional awareness needs to be bang on with osti will need to be in constant contact with him I do think he will help push them back, not worried at all about tonight can’t remember the last time I was this confident...

this also worries me 🤣

Really thought Hamer would be back in after a little rest. He hasn't been anywhere near the form he was earlier in the season but is always likely to score from range. His energy would also be an advantage v a hopefully tiring team. Surprised like most to Wilson and Dacosta starting.

I think the team's been picked to stand up to what's expected to be a very physical approach by Rotherham tonight
If he's expecting it to be a bombardment which cuts out the midfield then he needs Hamer instead of Kelly or James to try and link our attackers.

If we're just playing everyone but the strikers on the edge of our box we won't be able to progress the ball, we'll concede with a stupid error and then wonder why we can't get back in to the game.

It's a plus 2 up front attacking thrust in decosta, hyam another tall body at the back and Wilson who doesn't fanny about with ball at his feet as much as morosi and is better on the crosses only downer for me is hamer not in there but he is benched.

Walker needs to step up tonight and pull Richard Wood all over the place. We've got to be all over them from kick off and not give them a moment to settle. Rotherham need to be made to feel like they are against a team who are fresher and sharper. Make those who played on Tuesday beg for half time.

He does find himself in some nice attacking positions but always fires the cross first time. We're going to have to score 2 or 3 to win this

Suspect the issue with Hamer is his work rate
And he's gone missing in some of the rougher games
Expect to see him come on at some point
