Amazon have now issued a statement saying they have no involvement. DAZN have said similar. The response from Sky and BT suggests its not going to be them broadcasting it. BBC and ITV wouldn't be able to afford it. Who is left?

Who says it'll be an established name?

There's nothing really to stop the ESL from establishing their own streaming service. That way they can keep it in house and maximise profits by cutting out the middle man.

Could be Disney. But they have made massive loses this year due to Parks being shut.

Initially the league will lose some lustre without the participation of the greedy 6 of course, but the league would be much more equal in their absence and a new dynamic would soon be formed that could make the Premier League more interesting than at present.

The big 6 already have big financial advantages over their Premier League rivals, so meekly accepting the situation would result in those smaller clubs being even more subservient to the big clubs. If they do not stand up against them then they will deserve that fate.

Oh don't get me wrong. Authorities need to be strong here

Already its called big 6 for a reason. Most likely finish top 6
With a super league no chsnce west ham or Leicester for example crash the party. Gulf will only widen

They could indeed but would be odd timing given that others that have tried it have deemed it not to be commercially advantageous due to the costs involved and the decrease in sponsorship as a result of lower viewing figures when not on a mainstream platforms. Its a big jump from a couple of ifollow cameras with CWR commentary over the top to a broadcast standard presentation in UHD available with commentary in every language you can think of.

Would just about sum this thing up if when others are getting out they jump in with both feet!

The proposal is for 20 teams with 12 agreed already. Having seen the reaction of all the clubs except the 12 of condemnation of the league, which other clubs would be prepared to join the league either through invite or qualification? I think they would struggle to fill the remaining places.
The biggest factor in this not happening will be the current players. If the top players refuse to play in it or new players refuse to sign for any of these teams, where will they go then?
If they can't find 20 teams in Europe bigger than Chelsea, Arsenal , Man City and Spurs then it's not such a super League really. I mean , will Real Madrid regard playing any of those as a big draw ?

Ipswich have won a title more recently than Spurs. Wonder if they'll be waiting for the call...?

Villa chairman or owner whatever:

"What we need to find is a way to enable these two tournaments to thrive and they won’t be better off without those clubs," said Purslow.

Doesn't sound good! Accepting its here to stay?

They'll only be paid what somebody's prepared to offer.
That's completely correct ....your right - but when do market forces crossover from self preservation to preservation of the game ? Like I said ...football will eat it self . Doesn't the current situation reflect - only by the masses buying into the idea ? ...its no more different to the Premier league being formed back in the 1992 ....was that to the benefit of the small clubs ?

Hoping the opposing football authorities play with stubborn, harsh tactics. I’ll be gutted if these clubs bully their way into this or a silly compromise.

The 14 Premier League teams met and agreed that they are against the plans of the Super League.

I mean, that's great and all, but it is a bit like me turning up at the Oscar's and saying I don't want to be nominated.

I said in sure footy still popular.

Just my observations from working in education too. They look down on anyone whybdont support big 6 team and they serious lack of knowledge.

They used to say your football knowledge peak is 12yo. I don't think kids today have that same thirst for the beautiful game

But I hope I'm wrong of course.

I think that’s fair, I worry with mine that they don’t have enough boredom. For us everything was more interesting, TV, sport, toys. Kids have an abundance of entertainment these days and no tolerance for boredom.
