Be nice to see Bayliss play for them on Saturday, 2 seasons he’s been there now and featured in 9 league games.

Kelly's out for the remaining games .. PUSB
Not sure Robins has said that from the actual quotes. From what Robins has said they don't know what the damage is and he's having a scan tomorrow. Looks like the CT have added in the out for the rest of the season.

Obviously there's not long left so even if its something relatively minor it could be that he doesn't play again this year but it doesn't sound like Robins has written off him playing again.

There are 2 weeks left. Robins himself said its unlikely he will play again this season

Fair enough. Looks like quality CT journalism strikes again and they've not included the quote from Robins saying he will be out for the season in the article about him being out for the season :ROFLMAO:

Admittedly it was one paragraph hidden in a mess of adverts
Telegraph website is absolute shite. You start reading something and it suddenly jumps down the page to make way for a huge advert.

In this case 'Five new Eredivisie players to watch' presumably because nobody at the Telegraph can work out that Feyenoord's Liam Kelly and Coventry's Liam Kelly aren't the same person. They then squeeze in a short Robins quote between that advert and another advert to sign up for a newsletter.

I know they need adverts to pay the bills but the site needs to be vaguely usable.

Reminds me a lot of working for the Odeon where they kept trying to cut costs by making the experience worse, fewer people turned up so they took that as a sign to cut more costs!

Both the headline strategy and the level of ads must be counterproductive, but I guess they’ve got enough eyeballs and enough twats like us who will click through anyway to make it worthwhile.

Best thing this season has been the offal posting the interview transcripts and the like up. If they regularly did all the interviews and injury news I could cut out the CT all together, their reports are worthless and their transfer news all comes from Twitter. And the less said about Andy Turners opinion pieces the better.

Playing our strongest team makes sense to me. If we can continue to pick up points it might convince the likes of Ostigard that the club continues to progress and he can be part of it.

Given that Matty James was nursing a sore hamstring before Wednesday night and had to be introduced earlier than anticipated, I would be surprised to see us starting with Eccles and Hamer in CM.

I watched Preston the other night and a better footballing side than I expected. Having said that Derby were toothless.

This is a hard one to call as it would not suprise me after last three games in close succession Robins rested a few?

But with three wins on the bounce, knowing footballers most will want to play and win.

It could be an entertaining game?

Too early to be blooding youngsters for me. Get a result out of this one and I wouldn't care if we played the U-23s for the last 2 games.

But then I remember that we support Cov and when everything is going great guns, we let ourselves down. Cov 0-2 Preston. Daft red card and maybe another injury to seal our poor day.

I suspect he’s about to get Doyle’d and we’ll bring James in.
We've won 4 of 5 with Kelly and James as our 2 holders. They work nicely together. Kelly will know this is probably his last chance to establish himself as a proven championship player, i feel any new contract will be more about his ambition than an amount of serious money - simply meaning he'd be fairly cheap to keep as he'd want another crack at Championship football before it's time to hang up his boots.

We're back on!!!

Preston a bunch of cynical dirty c-units.

We're doing OK.

Very bad miss from Biamou.

One excellent save from Wison.

Ref having a shocker - missing loads and falling for their shenanigans.
