I thought he was making a move into tv like Dion.

I think we're some way off cheering a red card being awarded to our own player as befell one unfortunate Scotsman

Yes but defending online derision and bullying by pointing out that something more damaging happened 15 years ago - it's not a great defence?
Kevin Kyle left the pitch in tears that night.

Anyway where’s he going - shall we ask Judith Chalmers?

What I'm saying is that Biamou is not being given one tenth of the grief that he was. Nobody was standing up for Kyle at the time, there's plenty in Max's corner now.

He doesn’t get the tenth of the stick Shipley gets - it’s pathetic

I suppose that's because what's levelled at Biamou is that he isn't good enough but works hard whereas Shipley gives the impression of not being good enough and not working that hard when he plays

No player doesn’t work hard - it’s just body language and many think Biamou is very much good enough - I bet in a poll a lot of fans would keep him if it was a choice of him or Walker

It's interesting that you say that as you start a new derisory thread about Max every day - even when he's not playing.

For what purpose it's anyone's guess but it's a damaging and unhealthy obsession.

The only defence you have for the derision and what now amounts to your online bullying is that someone else gets a harder time - which is an awful defence in itself - and I don't think it's true either.

It’s the only thread purely about him I’ve ever started but carry on matron

Online bullying - Jesus wept

Even if it's just body language, that's how it looks on the pitch to the average fan. I think if you polled most here they'd say that Biamou isn't good enough for this league but puts the effort in.

I can't get that PNE display out of my head, his attitude completely stank.
Does he not try or is he just not fit? Neither is really acceptable as it's his job to be fit as a absolute minimum.

ok here's the thing and for you to show that you play by your own rules.

you have a habit of finding historic comments that others have made about the manager/team.

why don't you do this to yourself - list the last 30 comments you have made about Max for our benefit - you might just then see a pattern.

They will say he’s not good enough - he isn’t

I think you are a poor supporter, time you gave it a rest . he maybe lacking in some aspects, but I give you Alex nimely who we last asked to keep us in the championship, Darius Henderson, etc etc
It just gets very very tedious

Strange how it’s only him you stand up for and not others - odd

You know you are losing the argument very badly when you pull out this old classic to distract - something you usually use against me (when we both know it's complete nonsense).

It’s true and everyone sees it. Your obsession with him is strange. It’s true and their is evidence on every thread. You’ve even tried to say biamou gets more stick than Shipley which is embarrassing

If he's not fit the manager shouldn't have put him on at the first place. I also can't forget Sheaf looking perplexed why him for Shipley was the only change made during the Stoke game, he was brought on to 'provide energy' and besides booting a hospital pass up the pitch just ambled around as per.

Unfortunately there will always be some people that get their kicks out of mocking others from behind the safety of a keyboard. You are right, it is clearly obsessional and vile. The problem is such people get the attention that they are seeking. I sometimes wonder if they are actually that unpleasant face to face.
Fans will always have players they rate and those they don't. Fans imo have a right to say if they don't feel a player has performed but some of the comments are disgraceful. I don't understand how so called fans can continually mock a player who does his best for the club.

Yep, and people referring to 'cults' because people don't take every opportunity to slag an individual off.

The slaughtering of players on here is not anything like it used to be. Also there were no Matthew Hopkins impressionists to bore everyone in the process.

The atmosphere when he got sent off was as toxic towards an individual player as I can remember.

I was at the game he got sent off - and I do think I booed him at the time (which is unlike me). Think it was borne out of frustration at his performance at the time, but so long ago, I can barely remember.

Wasn't just that game mind - remember a delightful pair of young ladies coming up with a load of adjectives for him that I didn't know existed, pleading with him to get himself sent off as we'd be better off if he did.

Genuinely felt sorry for the bloke all through it really. He did actually have something of a track record as a forward before he came to us, but because he'd come in as a panic buy and wasn't the purists' footballer (unlike the quality we've had before and since, obviously!) he was on to a loser from the start... and clearly his mentality wasn't up to proving people wrong, either.

…strangely enough when players get criticised for not smiling those same people disappear, which is weird.
