Offer in for Chuks Aneke apparently.
Is he the one out the Goonies?Offer in for Chuks Aneke apparently.
Would be a weird one, the guy can barely play 60 minutes, let alone 90. Look at how many games he either came on or off at half time in last season.

I saw him play a few years ago...looked like a world beater. Given that he’s had a decent season might be more than just cover and could be over his injuries? He’s certainly not just about goals.Sensational player, on ability alone he's far too good for League One but has horrendous injury/fitness problems meaning he misses huge amounts of game time.
I can't see it for that reason but, with 5 subs probably being permitted again next season, it might be possible to manage his minutes maybe.
15 goals from 11 starts last season is crazy
What is this thought process? You think the club are going to replace a player who started nearly every game for a player who rarely starts a level lower?Replacement for O’hare hopefully not

Ability wise 100% starter but the injuries/fitness are still a concern. He's only played 90mins once all season & managed just over 1500mins. That's less than Kelly & only marginally more than Godden.
If it could be managed correctly, as it was with Charlton last season, he'd be a hell of an asset. Big if though.
I’m encouraged that others are after him but that’s still not great in terms of playing time.Ability wise 100% starter but the injuries/fitness are still a concern. He's only played 90mins once all season & managed just over 1500mins. That's less than Kelly & only marginally more than Godden.

If he were on a free yes. But if it involves a fee (esp with other suitors and so may become a bidding war) I'm a bit less convinced. A signing that could go either way. More like a Shipley replacement given he will either have to be subbed or be used as one more often than not.
Could be a rotation with JJ for a second AM if we play like that (not sure we will though) with the option of him moving up front if needed?
His contract is up at Charlton in July so he'll be available on a free.
He appeared in 38 games last season. The amount of minutes he actually played is as you said though 1500, which is extremely low when you spread them out.
Looking back, his ability through goal stats don't look bad, but they are chalked by inconsistencies, probably attributed to injuries.
He obviously has a good level of talent, but at 27, he hasn't really ripped any season apart other than for MK Dons in League 2, which was 3 seasons ago. Scoring 17 goals.
Interesting.
Cash in on Ohare get £4 mil and get this guy on a free is good businessWhat is this thought process? You think the club are going to replace a player who started nearly every game for a player who rarely starts a level lower?
No, it really isn’t.Cash in on Ohare get £4 mil and get this guy on a free is good business
I’d rate O’Hare at around 7-8 million,The guy has so much potential and if he can add 10/12 goals to his game that goes up to around 15 million imo.Cash in on Ohare get £4 mil and get this guy on a free is good business

No one would pay anywhere near that for him, clubs exist outside of Coventry.
