I haven't watched the channel and I won't be doing so, but unless they're putting out lies or racism or something similar that seems a bit stupid.

According to Twitter, so take it with a pinch of salt, day one saw them talking about lockdowns being for government control rather than COVID and last night was that it’s ventilators killing people not COVID.

If any of that is remotely true surely can’t be long before ofcom get involved.

Channel 5 had Beverley Turner on yesterday who stated more people are now being killed by the vaccine than Covid and 1,200 are dead from it

Looks like the advertising was pooled where you pay a third party to place your adverts on multiple channels for one fee rather than advertisers specifically paying to be on GB News.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We want to make it clear to everyone that our ad ran on this channel without our knowledge or consent. Kopparberg is a drink for everyone and we have immediately suspended our ads from this channel pending further review of its content

Then the same applies to them. Aren't Ofcom already looking into her appearance last week on This Morning?

Don't most news channels / shows like that have people on that come out with crap?

It is quite funny people going on about changing energy suppliers etc. If they wanted to go on about morals for every company and where ads are shown I am sure they wouldn't have much.

"THEY SHOW ADS ON THIS CHANNEL, DO NOT BUY EVER EVER"
"THEY DONT SHOW ADS ON THIS CHANNEL, DO NOT BUY EVER EVER"

Cant all of these gimps just meet up and have a scrap? Would be hilarious.

The type who want to give the isis bride a second chance because she was young yet want to crucify an England cricketer for a racist tweet when he was 17/18 over a decade ago ...those types of gimps you mean, the morally bankrupt perennially offended ?

To be honest the snowflakes banging on about cancel culture need to get their shit together. If you get cancelled it’s primarily because you are shit at what you do… not because some keyboard warriors want companies to stop advertising their stuff.

Nah , this GB news has some brilliant presenters lauded for their work for many years .now they are a problem

It's purely social media driven bed wetting by familiar faces

I dunno if you’ve watched it, but it has the look and professionalism of a 6th form video club.
Angry snowflakes spouting their conspiracy theory bollocks about Cov-ID, how long until they bring on the flat earthers for balance?

Let's be honest Ian.

You were never going to like it , you've been knocking it down since it was announced , hardly up your street mate

The good thing is , there's several other news channels to watch

Find me a post where I’ve got outraged about it. I switched over, watched for a bit and then turned it off. If people think it’s the future of news in the UK then they don’t really believe in the value of news in my opinion.

People that love that kind of stuff will lap it up. Impartial news in the UK no longer exists, and GB news will most certainly not be the solution, but you go crazy defending it.

Not defending it , I'm defending it's right to exist if anything ..that's it

There’s batshit TV and radio all over the place. In my opinion it’s a TV version of something between LBC and Talkradio.

What’s ridiculous is that some people (not you to be fair) are talking up it’s presence as a game changer in British journalism.

Equally there’s no shortage of people calling for England cricketers to be forgiven for something that they said at 17/18 because they were too young to understand what they were doing but think a 15 year old girl who was groomed into being a bride for a terrorist organisation should be burned at the stake because she was old enough to understand what she was doing.

I had a quick look in last night and there was a presenter (no idea who he is, think he was Australian, looked like the guy off The day today) sitting in a chair opposite three guests sitting on a three seater sofa, no social distancing and complaining about ongoing lockdown measures. Surely people who don’t social distance are helping the spread of the delta variant and therefore ongoing lockdown measures. Irony.

Think most people can correctly distinguish the difference between saying something racist and being part of a terrorist organisation that's killed thousands...First and foremost

The outrage is backwards , is the point

Well the fact is she was groomed and was to young to understand what she was doing. Even in the interviews she still comes across as very immature.

Personally I forgive the cricketer following his apology, accept that he was young and stupid. Move on.

The girl needs bringing home and face justice.

So does sex but you can’t put hard core porn on broadcast TV just like you can’t spout blatant nonsense and call it news.

yes but one is illegal and one isn’t.. at least it’s not enforced

the more hype and controversy they generate, the more viewers they’ll get

It's really really bad and looks awful. They raised millions for this as well.

No it is illegal, according to the Communications Act 2003. Broadcast news is regulated here for impartiality and accuracy. We aren't the Yanks.
