I'm very curious as to who our new lwb will be. You'd imagine Reid is long term so another loan? Gonna be Sam isn't it.

On a permanent?I hope so
On a permanent?
I think that might be the only way we’ll get himWell that would be nice but highly unlikely
For me only if a permenant. Let Norwich develop their own for the championship season after nextCan’t see McCallum getting anywhere near the Norwich team so makes sense for him to come back to us and continue his development

Really, very odd. Guessing one on loan?Telegraph saying we’ve agreed terms for 2 left wing backs in the bright article?
It doesn't actually say that. It says our priorities remain another striker and 2 wing backs not that we have agreed terms with them.Telegraph saying we’ve agreed terms for 2 left wing backs in the bright article?

Agreed, we need 2 centre backs in my eyes, one to replace Ostigaard and one to actually build on last years defenceThey’ve just said we want 2 and they could have just taken that from Robins saying we need to strengthen the left side of the pitch. For me, a centre half is a more pressing concern than getting 2 left wing backs.

The article doesn't say that does it? It says Robins' priorities are two left wing backs.
His priorities remain another striker, with reports that the club have agreed terms with Brighton for Viktor Gyokeres, and two left wing-backs.
Anybody who understands grammar can read that properly and it is written correctly. Bit of a stretch for some on here tho i admitTBF I can see how it can be read like that. Just poor CT copy.

Long time reader, first time poster here.
I may be feeling over optimistic with how England are performing in the Euro's, but I would like if this scenario could play out in next week or two:
Sell Allen for a reasonable fee (200-250k) to Lg.1 clubs linked. Move Kasta and Jobello on frees. Reckon that could realease 8-10k per week in wages, plus money from Allen fee.
Sign Walsh and Bright on 6k and 3k respectively?
I reckon Walsh could play further forward in a box midfield if asked and would be ahead of Sheaf (fitness permitting) for a holding role. You would be gambling on Bright having grown up in last 2 years, but a bench spot pushing O'Hare as AM could play well.
Thoughts?
Walsh would want more than 6k and nobody would touch bright with a barge pole at 3kLong time reader, first time poster here.

His salary is reported at 6k for Briz in a couple of places. With pandemic players may be glad to get back on same terms. Admit you are rolling the dice with Bright.Walsh would want more than 6k and nobody would touch bright with a barge pole at 3k
I think I could stretch to one more year of McCallum on season loan deal. He suits our style too well. Gives coaches a chance to see what they have in Reid. However, likely Norwich sink back to Championship for next season so I feel he will get a run there long term.I'm very curious as to who our new lwb will be. Off to Swansea if you believe the efl zone. Either way the Patterson thing hasn't excited me at all. If he wasn't from cov would anyone even care?Any news on what’s happened with Jamie Patterson? Last I saw, Luke Steele appeared to confirm it, all gone quiet since?

The more I think about it, I would have him back.
Who?
