Not really been following it, do you mean there might be more to come? I know the EFL had fined Derby £100k

EFL bottling it again, should have been points deductions straight away as per their own guidelines, and Direby should be starting on points deduction after their financial indiscretions

This is when they were late paying players and refers purely to that offence

They are ridiculously late with their accounts and the last 3 years need to be submitted with revised amortisation calculations

So points deduction awaits them?

they have to re submit 3 years accounts by mid August as it’s likely they will have exceeded maximum losses so that’s the expectation

They still haven’t submitted 2019 yet

So potentially they could be hit with the 3 point deduction, £100k fine AND a further sanction in mid August?

Unfortunately its being reported by Kieran McGuire on the price of football podcast that a recent set of Derby’s accounts shows additional revenue from the sale of pride park of £30M . This is down to a revaluation of the ground in comparison to earlier years. It is an accountancy valuation which is apparently allowable…..so i suspect they are in the clear.

Is due to now be illegal to sell stadium to yourself at a profit (from July 1st.)
Closing stable door after horse has bolted in many cases (such as Derby's) though.
A bit like Lesta and their admin, after them it was punished by -12 points, so many feckers still getting away with cheating other teams
