Those are the rules for the first border crossing I did yesterday. It wasn't enforced.

For EU travel here they consider those with a first dose to be considered vaccinated - I have a 'green pass' with only one vaccine.
A lot of countries are now over 40% fully vaccinated, BTW.

No it's fine. I'm going to have it but I've just been out of the UK for the last month, so it isn't really fair for me to make an appointment when I can't commit.

I don't know how many young people in France and Spain have had it, but I assume it is less than the UK.

Brown-lidded bin collections update - 13 July

Due to the high number of our crews required to isolate, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend garden waste collection from Wednesday 14 July with a review in two weeks' time.
