Forest Away Allocation (3 Viewers)

Afternoon all, Forest fan here. All our initial allocation was snapped up very quickly, before season ticket holders even had a chance - I fully expect the next allocation of 2,000 to be sold. With it being the first game many fans have had the opportunity to attend in 18 months I think we could maybe get to 4.5k sold!

Anyway quick question around transport post match from the ground, what's the easiest way back to the main Coventry station? Is it worth booking a taxi, or will there be additional trains heading back to the City centre station?

Cheers, and good luck for the season!
Head towards a pub called 'The Wheatsheaf' and loudly announce you're Tim Fisher's mate.

You'll be away in no time.

As a regular train catcher after matches, I usually go to the casino at the ground for a pint. This lets the crowds go and makes it easier for the cabs to get to you. The casino is at the opposite end of the ground to the away supporters. There is a new bar opening at the stadium, but I don’t know what their stance is on away fans. When you’re ready there are usually some black cabs outside the entrance to the casino.

Have a good day out but a fucking awful 90 minutes! PUSB!

We don't have a "huge catchment area" though

We do. South of Coventry, there's not a single league side until you get to Northampton.

I’m not arsed about going to Wolves and I’m a ST holder and spend half my waking life on this place discussing CCFC. I don’t blame anyone else for not going. I’ll watch a friendly of its free and I’ve got nothing else on but generally can’t be arsed with them unless the opposition is particularly special. And Wolves ain’t special.

For me the draw of a preseason friendly is a glimpse of exciting new players but we haven’t got any.

Well exactly, unless you really rate Waghorn or Moore it’s all players we’ve seen before.

I’m quite interested in how well line up, but with COVID and injuries we don’t even know that.

I think it is the first time to celebrate since being in the championship. Those negative ones should remember the away days at forest green. Just enjoy being able to go out to watch your team in the championship in Coventry.

Why are so many people moaning about an attendance that hasn't happened yet? We've sold more STs than ever before, it'll still be over 20K for Forest I'm sure, the place will be bouncing, and it may end up being higher than we think. Cheer up!

Awww. Ruined the picture I had in my head of you on your own in row 1 behind the goal, dressed like a Mad Hatter, booing everytime Moore touches the ball. BOOOOOOOOOOOO! :ROFLMAO:
