Has everyone has theirs? I’ve not had mine yet. Still expecting them in the post before Saturday night but getting twitchy

Why they haven’t just emailed them out is beyond me

I would guess it’s because not everybody has a printer to print at home, or a mobile phone which is able to scan QR codes (my dad for example has an old Nokia).

They could of gave people the option or its something they can look at in the coming months, a QR reader for season tickets and match tickets would be so simple.

Assume you've got the kids signed up for JSB again? Arrived today and aside from match packages there's some fab family packages for you. We won't use ours as ST but if you can use more I can forward them on - cheaper than tickets even if the kids stay at home!👍

I agree, but maybe it was too late in the day to give people the option?
But they managed to send out thousands of emails to phase 1 season ticket holders with a zero value invoice for the paper ticket that they are now sending out! That doesn’t make sense. Accepting that not everyone has an email address or printer (a small % I would imagine) surely sending tickets by Ticketfast to the majority would have knocked 90% of the problem on the head, only leaving 10% to worry about paper tickets arriving and joining the chaos at the ticket office on Sunday.

Yes please Rob 👍. Will order the JSBs with the match pkgs as soon as they are available. Just me and a red dog on Sunday!

So why would their fans be going in the home end?

We will have to see if they sell any more in the away end, can't see them selling any on Sunday so only Saturday to go.

They sold their allocation a few days before the game and a good while after they went on general sale, so they were hardly queuing round the block for them at that time. I suspect pretty much everyone who wanted a ticket for the game got one. You're not going to get ticketless fans travel for a televised game and pay £30 to sit with opposition fans. 3800 will be their lot.

Still waiting, why they can't send out a digital season ticket if offered on the form when you apply or an opt out if not got digatal device.
